Gave enough chances to this location! Drive thru - will 100% make you late to wherever you are going. Went in today, 9 people... working - fully complaining to each other about orders. Cashier is not present at the order station- waited over 5 minutesnobody even acknowledged my presence! Employees are wearing jackets with fur directly where food is getting prepped. It tookover 20 minutes for our order to be ready, is this fast food or fine dining??? 0 customer service , 0 hygiene! Will try toavoid this location as much as possible. Read more

Don't expect to EVER go through the drive thru without being told to park and wait. Scratch that. 15 minutes later changing from... a 2 to 1 star rating - they finally came out and asked me what I was still waiting there for........ Cool. Read more

After waiting 9 minute for eggs for my egg McMuffin it got delivered to drive through spot 2 with a cold hash brown , health and... safety.. your employees should be wearing high visual vest while delivering the food through parking lot. Safety first!!!! Read more

I had a horrible experience at this McDonald?s. The service was horrendous, no one was checking the cash table. The workers... seemed as if they were all doing their own thing there was no sense of management organization. The food was also very overcooked and undercooked the fries we ordered was frozen and the mc chicken was solid, tasting like absolute cardboard. Notpleased with this service in the slightest I hope someone can look at this reviews and take some initiative on change. Read more

Ordered through the phone app before breakfast finished and then arrived for them to tell me it was past the time and they... wouldn't serve me it anymore even though I put my order in ahead of time and it should have already been ready. Not impressed- forgot one package of fries with one meal and all 3 of the LG fries came this way. I'll start off with service it was mediocre, not polite but not rude a little hard to explain but it could of used help. And... as others have said outside looks like it is up to date but the inside needed help and renovations. And in my personal opinionbeing a McDonalds there really shouldn't be any financial problem fixing things such as seats that are ripped or having anemployee clean the glass all over the building because you could see grease marks all over tables and the glass.
