When ordering from skip, who is not responsible for a sealed order this restaurant struggles to complete an order. Missing out... on the main meals, but remembers drinks and sweets. poorly packed food items if you do get them with your fries dumped in thebag. That is if they even remember to pack those items pretty much the last orders we placed we received drinks and no meals. Sopaying 50 or more dollars for our family to get drinks? Seems they need to check better when packing orders and perhaps theirmanagement needs to re train their workers to pay attention! Unfortunately I have to give one star to post. I was trying to visit this location early morning to get a coffee before my commute. This location advertises 24 hour drive... thru. Depending on which member of their team is working, they simply ignore you at the speaker or tell you they are notopen! A few times a nicer guy has served me a coffee without issue at the rxact same time as every other visit. The issueseems exclusive to those team members who don't speak English as their first language. I simply won't visit anymore because it'snot worth wasting 10 minutes to be ignored or told our 24 hour drive thru is closed. Very bad early morning etiquette here. Read more
Got a Big Mac missing both of the beef patty inside. I can't imagine how they can mess that up. Spoken with the manager when I... return the Big Mac. She accused me of eating the 2 beef patty at 1st, then takes 15 minutes to replace my food. I never even gotan apology afterwards. Terrible service. Read more

We don?t have many McDonald?s with play place in the Waterloo region. This one is big and comfortable enough in the weekdays .
They?ve got teenagers running the place on the Saturday that I was there !! They had me pull up to spot 1 and wait over 10... minutes for a bagel !! A bagel !! I mean I didn?t ask for a difficult order . In the time that I was waiting there they justkept asking cars to pull up to dice et parking spots and wait !!
