Its been almost a year now I started working in Kitchener and every weekend both Saturday and Sunday around 4:45 am I will stop... by this restraunt to grab cappuccino and staff always have an excuse ready that machine is down, being cleaned etc etc. Commonguys Its 5am cleaning should be done when things are slow 2am - 3am. I have reported to management multiple times but nothingseemed to done about it. Well I hope things get better. Read more
I am so pleased with the customer service at this location. The staff are friendly and helpful. There was a mistake with my... order (it happens). At first, I thought they forget about me, but when the manager realized that I hadn't received my order, hemade it himself. For mangagement to be hands on like that is 100% respectful. Was having difficulty receiving discount price from app when paying I expressed my frustration and the cashier didn't care. ... When I could not get the advertised price, I said I don't think I would be returning if this was the help I was going to receiveand she said, "Whatever". Then when we picked up the food, we had ordered 2 happy meals 1 with milk & 1 with a medium rootbeer. We were given a milk and a small root beer. When I questioned it she stated that Happy meals come with a small drink. It would have been nice to hear that when the order was placed. I would have ordered a 2nd drink if I could not up size a smallto a medium. I would routinely take the grandkids to this McDonald's following Sky Zone. NEVER AGAIN. Everything was fine, but they didn't bring the order to the table where I was waiting according to the app's direction. Instead,... my food was placed at the reception table with my name on it. They called the no. once they placed it, and left. If I didn'tsee, or hear that, how am I supposed to know I am waiting for something that's already prepared but not delivered. Read more
Service was quick, very clean McDonald's during late mornings & early afternoons. Been coming to this location for years.
Last time we go there. Stopped for breakfast with our nephew on way out of town and I order breakfast sandwich got a lunch... sandwich and our nephew had an undercooked egg with a large piece of shell it it. When I took my sandwich back the shiftmanager did apologize but did not tell me if she was replacing it or not so I waited. They need to communicate with the guestsas to what they are doing. 8 Read more
How is it possible to mess my breakfast up 2 weekends in a row? Last time I was here was last weekend and they forgot the egg on... my breakfast sandwich. This weekend they just gave me an entirely different sandwich. I ordered the new spicy bacon and egg andreceived the spicy chicken. It's just sad. ***Update: My very first order from this store since the last poor experience wasmessed up again with the exact same mess up. How? Your store clearly doesn't respond to reviews nor do you address any of theissues. It's embarrassing on the owners part. Read more
This location is perfect and always super fast service... the public washroom is a bit limited for seats and the thing on the... wall is always out of order... but this aside! I am thankful the team here are hard workers and allow people to stay longerthan most would, to charge devices and borrow the free wifi! Read more
