They were out of some of the items I ordered, so instead of telling me and letting me choose an alternative they just stuck... other random items in the bag. Really?? No fudge on our mcflurries after we paid extra for it, coffees all unstirred. Give me abreak. Read more
Saddest looking McChicken I've ever seen. Lettuce was yellow, hardly any mayo. The medium fries were only filled half way. Way... less fries in it then even a small fry. I find they're not very friendly there either. At least the food was hot I guess, soI'll give them 2 stars. Should also mention that last time I got a Ice Coffee there, there was maybe 2 ice cubes in it thatmelted in less than 5 minutes... so it was basically just a cold coffee. Apparently you're not allowed to speak calmly to the employees outside of placing your order. I was suggesting to the employee... that she needed to be clearer in her communication with customers after an incorrect charge was processed (requiring a refund). While calmly speaking to the employee, another employee comes at me and says there's no need for me to talk to her. I told himthat I wasn't talking to him and to mind his own business. Then the Manager comes at me and says I can't talk to his employeesthat way. I said everything was fine and calm until this 2nd employee decided to get involved and escalate things - that hisemployees needed to communicate with customers more clearly. I've ordered through Uber eats from this location on 4 seperate occasions, and on 3 occasions they have completely missed... packing atleast one item. That's quite the odd coincidence.. Frankly, if it's a mistake then the frequency can only mean staffincompetence... Read more
Boring little location in Walmart. Seemed slow paced yet there was overflowing Garbage, dirty floors. I don't eat McDonald's.... But I do drink the coffee. Ordered a small black one and it was cold. Sigh had to wait for fresh pot. Which was torture lol Read more
We only go to this McDonalds because it is close by. This location constantly misses items in your order, it's almost a 50-50... that you'll get everything you ordered. We've had BigMacs without a patty, forgot the nuggets in a nugget happy meal...manytimes of different food than ordered. Kumalo did not want to change the cofi which is not hot, I drink cofi every day, either Tim's or Mc do. Very rude attitude. She... turns her back to you while talking. And insisted d cofi was hot, but I saw her serve d next person after me and she pouredeverything that the kettle contained. Why do we have to lie she said it was just brewed, com 'on we are not ignorant when itcomes to drinking cofi.???? She needs to go back for orientation, learn how to be Service Oriented.
