Absolute waste of time and wayyy over priced. 1med super runny vanilla shake 1med melted ice cream with 2 flavors and 1small cup... single flavored Total??. $25+ Also when my family and I left the store and said ?have a good night girls?we weretreated as if we were invisible to the staff. I found it to be a bit pricey, but most ice cream places tend to be. However the actual ice cream tasted great, the employees... were nice, and there were a ton of different flavors and variations of ice cream and waffle cones/bowls. We enjoyed what we got,and there's a ton of stuff that we didn't try that it would be worth it to come back for. Read more

This is literally the worst location to buy ice cream from. The place was not so clean I ordered for me and my son one Raspberry... cheesecake ice cream regular size and one kids strawberry ice cream. First of all there was only one lady working no othercustomers but me and she was rude rolling her eyes at me the fruits looked horrible and old I kept quite just waiting for her togo grab fresh fruits but no she made the ice cream in such a disgusting way I told her why is it melting already even before shehanded to me she didnt answer. I wish I just left and not paid. But I paid for both melted no taste ice cream and right a waythrow both in the trash in front of the store. She was so rude I didn't even wanna argue with her and ruin the day for my 3 yearold. Honestly I always buy from marble slab but from the location down in university street they are very good and clean. Youneed to hire well trained clean staff who actually cares about your business. Ice cream is melty almost like eating a milkshake with a spoon. Personally not the texture I'm looking for in ice cream. It's... the second time the ice cream has been that texture. Also they have coupons that clearly say $5.00 off or a free regular cone.I tried using the $5.00 off on a regular-priced product, a half liter of ice cream and I was then told that "the $5 off onlyapplies to $5 off on a large cone. Shop was dirty and not well maintained at all. Their selection of ice cream flavors was not as diverse as I remember it being.... The toppings did not look fresh at all either. The ice cream melted really fast and was basically soup. Although there was aline to get in (which I would not wait again), they helped us as fast as they could. Read more
