Ordered an 8 piece bucket. All the chicken looked dried out as if reheated from the day before. The chicken was really greasy... meaning the shortening hasn't been changed like it needs to be. I am speaking from experience as I used to work for KFC in thepast. This is really bad practice of the store manager trying to save some money. You guys need to follow the cooking practicesof the KFC on Hespeller in Cambridge. They know how to take care of their customers and put out quality food. Read more
Today is November 10th I placed an order that was wat over due the girl I called told me she just sent it out waited another 10... mins and no show I can literally walk to this store in 3 mins so I called back and she made an excuse about there deliverydrivers stealing the food wow does this make you feel like you are eating safe food to the ones that had there food delivered? Greasy everywhere. Bathrooms used by staff with the filthy toilet seats up in both bathrooms. Had to exchange fries because they... were cold and stale. Took almost 10 mins for anyone to look at me at the front desk. Definitely drive thru oriented. Read more
Jesus Christ Avoid!!!! Terribly rude Indian lady who practically thew the package in our car in drive thru. Was extremely... impolite. When we said that we will review the place accordingly, she said that she didn't care a bit and we were welcome to goahead. The food was undercooked. Avoid the KFC location on Homer Watson at all costs. Their undercooked chicken and terribleattitude needs to be reprimanded. Read more
With all due respect I get my food from kfc but this time my experience was really bad . I was cheated, I had ordered 10 hot... wings they were pre cooked and very dry and hard. I have been eating chicken wings from kfc but have never seen such lowstandard. I placed the order around 11:15 or 11:30 pm. Very bad very said. I asked the girl 2-3 times if she is cooking freshwings she said yes but she lied to me. I should have opened up the box to check there and then. Read more
I wish I could have given them 0 stars. This place has gone downhill with the new comers owners. Placed order for pickup.... Missing famous chicken sandwich. Nobody answers the phone. Called close to 20 times. Hang up on first few rings or goes tomachine that says please type your security code. 1866 number is also useless. They just transfer you to the store. I hateseeing all these once good fast food places going downhill in the area as they get bought up by new comers. They don't seem tocare about quality and just nickel and dime everything. Had to wait over 30 min at the drive thru only to get home and eat the greatest under cooked chicken of all time. This is the... second less than satisfactory meal we received here. Never again! Read more
