Seems KFC management doesn't really care anymore. Staff are sooo extremely rude. Ordered the coleslaw, they were out. Asked for... mayo, they were out. Actually, I was told that they didn't have mayo packets. Alright okay can I have some mayo on a cup? Theman, who's name he wouldn't write down so I took the liberty of guess working it, jursaver. He refused to put any mayo in a cupclaiming that "it was against company policy". He did not tell me that it was an extra cost which I would have paid but he choseto lie to me instead and refuse to give a small amount of condiment for no apparent reason. I would not recommend eating at this KFC. My spouse picked up their chicken tenders for dinner and they tasted as if they went... to the Walmart and bought a no name box of tenders and served them up. They did not taste like KFC tenders. Read more
If you can?t train your staff properly then please do that .. Tell them how to talk to the customers and please ask them for... their previous experience before you hire them. They are just here for money and this will lead to closing of your store. Ihaven?t such rude ladies ever.
