I was so disappointed in going to this restaurant. My whole family was. I got the chicken parmesan it was overcooked and the... noodles were dry and I had to ask for more pasta sauce. My boyfriend got the ribs and wings and his wings were undercooked andhis ribs were overcooked. My daughter got the steak and shrimp meal and asked for medium rare and it was full on rare stillbleeding. My son got the wings and fries and his meat was very pink inside......however the root beer float was nice? Butdefinitely won't be dining here again. Too overpriced for the quality. Did I mention the server didn't even ask how our meal wastill after some other lady who dropped off our food did? Wasn't pleased. Stopped in for lunch today with my three boys and mom. Lesley was fantastic! She gave us the time we needed to get settled... before ordering, and was super attentive (given how many tables came in at the same time). She was responsive to our needs andbrought everything in a timely fashion. The food was exceptional (chicken parmesan never fails to exceed my expectations).Overall, a very pleasant experience. We went on a Thursday which has their 1/2 price wings, excellent deal, they have great wings that are super crispy, although the... lemon pepper 'sauce' option was a little too salty for my liking. They have great service here and when they accidentally gaveus wings with the wrong sauce, they immediately brought them into the back to get us a new plate with the right sauce. Afterwhich they apologized for the mistake. My only concern is how long it took the waitress to come back to our table when we weredone eating and looking to grab the bill, as it took them quite a while. Read more
Went in for Lunch with my Husband. We ordered the fajitas, honey buns and had the half priced wings. Our server Leslie was... awesome. She greeted us promptly, checked in with us and was so friendly. Food was amazing and portions were huge. We willdefinitely be back! Read more

Worst customer service ever, by mistake we forgot to mention no bacon for caesar salad. And politely we apologized to server and... asked for replacement. They said no worries and brought new one, which had bacon traces in it and we asked if it was preparednew one or just bacon was removed from previous prepared item. They said it is new and brought another one as third item, italso had traces of bacon. This is very irresponsible attitude towards customer. Even if they said we cannot replace and we couldhave not asked for replacement. Taking it back and bringing the same one by leaving few traces is not acceptable. And the servertried to remove it in front of us with bare hands and saying now have it no bacon in salad. Very disappointed and the wayrestaurant handles food items is not welcoming. Read more
