First I wanted to say the food was next level outstanding. Exceeded my expectations and then some. This location was at the... Fairview Plaza in Kitchener-Waterloo. Lots of parking, wheelchair accessible. Staff were friendly and it was a busy fast pacedatmosphere. The have a wide variety of food and drink options. It is kind of neat how the establishment has turned pub stylefood into fine dining. For three people and tip the bill was around $135-$140. Would recommend checking this location out. Wehad a great experience. Again food was absolutely delicious. Also establishment is kid friendly. They also have gluten-free andvegetarian options on there menu. Been to this place a couple of times now, and i must say, it is some of the best places to drink and eat, best chicken burger.... The staff is also awesome, DONTE served us and was a wonderful host and also front staff greeted us well, somehow there is a newmanager that does not care about customers. Excellent service from the waiter (I forgot his name but he was husky if I had to describe him, in the nicest way). We came as a... party of three for my friend's birthday and were treated nicely. The food was good, enjoyed the ambiance and vibes. I just happened to accidentally check my bill, I noticed I was charged an... extra beer. I called the person who served us and before I completed my sentence, she didn’t even check what I was saying, sheapologized and got me a revised bill as if she already knew. Starting from drinks which were just good. I mean beer is always good regardless the place. Food was fine as we ordered... bruschetta, fish and chips and veg Mexican bowl ( coleslaw wasn’t upto the mark). light fixtures need a detail cleaning (don’t know when did they cleaned it last time as I could see cobwebs and lot of dirt sitting on it. Flies were flying aroundthe restaurant. Restrooms were dirty, bad odour and no exhaust working. Really hard to even stand there even for washinghands. Amazing place to eat. Good service and immaculate choice of foods on the menu compared to the same Ole you get anywhere else.... The garlic pull apart bread is to die for, the fish and chips was amazing, and the BIG Jack was better than any big mac youcould ever get. The truffle fries are succulent. The chicken fingers are great. And don't forget to add a nice cold Sol toodrink. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back and try something new from the menu. Read more
