This place was surprisingly terrific!! I had the meat platter for 1 they just made everything half and it was so good and quite... filling. I had it with vegitables and it was broccoli coliflower ect not peas and carrots! I was very impressed and vet full! Itwas quiet place, not very busy on a Tuesday afternoon but quite friendly. Another visit August 2022. Again awesome food and service. The food was delicious!!! And good portions. The gipsy rice was so... full of flavour and the home fries too. Even the house wine was good. Great experience at a place that has been around for the past 16 years I believe. The atmosphere is very cozy and great for... families and a night out if you are looking for comfort food. We had the chicken schnitzel and the fish and chips are both werevery good and generous portions. Service was also great and the lady was very friendly. This is an absolute gem, hidden away on Victoria Street in Kitchener. The waitress was so friendly and polite. The food was... fabulous, I tried the Nature Schnitzel, which was the traditional breaded schnitzel with mushroom gravy. It was as big as myplate and absolutely delicious.
