The customer service I receive is amazing. Often times they see me coming from the parking lot and start my order. They know... what I want before I get there. ZERO QUALITY I wish there were zero stars. I just bought food from you guys. The chicken is spoiled very sorrowfully and salty.... I guess they added a lot of salt to the chicken to make sure you don't feel how much the chicken is unfresh. Rice is very wetand has no taste. It is unfortunate working so hard to spend money on food you can't even eat; they don't even give you breadanymore; at least I could comfort myself with a piece of bread. Shame on you. My go to place for shawarma. I always buy the junior chicken sharwarma platter which never really disappointed me most of the... time. But their quality and quantity is not so consistent.I guess it depends the person who is on shift. They are bit fairlypriced comparing ace or lazeez. Read more
Absolute robbery coming to buy shawarma from here DO NOT COME HERE! I thought bought two large Rice and two large salads... instead I get charged 30$ for barely any rice and any salad with no chicken at all. They didn?t fill up the plates to the rightamount and couldn?t get my order right. How could you charge someone so much for literally just rice and salad with NO CHICKENAT ALL! Food is good, quantity is good. Let's get that out of the way. We went at 8:45 (they close at 10) they had a pretty decent... line, 5-6 orders, ahead of us. They were so unorganized, made several meals incorrectly and ended up wasting the food. By thetime they got around to our meal (40 minutes later) they told us they had no chicken left... As a consolation they gave us freewraps that were made accidentally. But the chicken was so poorly prepare it had a ton of bones/cartilage. My wife ended upchipping her tooth, which will likely cost a few hundred $$ to get fixed. Only reason I am not giving 1 star is because the foodand portions are genuinely good. EDIT: Went back the next day. The same guy who served us was there and was very apologetic. Healso served us himself and gave us an extra large portion. Changing review to 4 stars since I feel the food is genuinely good. Read more
The employees are very respectful and that is why this is a 2 star and not a 1 star. I?ve come here many times over and over in... the last few times visiting it seems like the food quality and the flavour has really turn into bland food after gettingShawarma plate yesterday with rice the rice definitely had a funny taste not sure if it was old or if it wasn?t made right butit definitely left me feeling sick the following morning and threw away most of the Shawarma platter. Again the employees weregreat but the food has gone downhill recently I will not be back. Read more
Been coming to this place for about 4 years. Quality goes up and down but the last few times the quality hit very low. Ordered... the same plate over 20 times over the years, the quantity gets less and less every-time. How?s this plate with barely anychicken cost $12? Don?t think I?ll be going there anymore. It didn't look bright and inviting, but I knew what I wanted and was determined. The food was SO good that I didn't even care!!!... They serve huge portions, have excellent prices, and the food is ????????????????. Amazing little spot!! Read more
