Great location on the fairway road in Kitchener, Ontario. The place is clean and welcoming. Families and individuals are there.... The staff is friendly and helpful. The deals are great and do not try the ghost pepper sauce if you cannot take it ????. Theparking lot is clean and organized.i do recommend this location of Harvey's for sure. Read more

I ordered a #3 with frings and the amount of toppings on my burger was non existent. I even mentioned to the guy fixing it to... load it up and there was hardly anything on it. Usually at the harveys in woodstock which is where we live the people there put2 tomatoes 2 pickles lots of lettuce yet at this location it was like they were on rashins. I come to town every 2 weeks and Iwon't be back to this establishment anymore. I gave them 3 stars because my frings were nice and hot. Read more
I normally don?t review fast food places because well you know what you?re going to get most of the time and it will probably be... mediocre at best. BUT, I have to review this Harveys because I always get super hot, fresh and tasty food from here. At first Ithought I just got lucky but whenever im in the area i pop in for a cheeky drivethru order and they never disappoint. One of thefew fast food franchises that actually cares about food quality. It doesn?t look like much from the outside but this is truly ahidden gem. My 1st visit to this restaurant with family We tried veggie and lightlife Plant based burger..Both were very yummy and delicious... ????????. With 14.99 CAD coupon I was offered a combo i.e. 2 burgers ,one with double patty ,2 large drinks and choice of 2sides, onion rings or fries .???? They allowed Dine-in with vaccination verification. I went in the evening, and there were all male staff. They were very unenthusiastic, did not greet us, and seemed like they did... not want to be there (i understand minimum wage jobs are hard- but there was not even minimal effort put in). They were alsoslow with our order even though no one was before us and someone came in after a while behind us. I ordered a Veggie burger,which took quite a while to cook. We had to ask for utencils, and salt and pepper because they did not include it in our bageven though it was tske out. They also messed up our order. I did not feel comfortable eating inside the restaurant due to thisexperience. This is one of the worst customer experiences I have had at a Harvey's. Read more
