This store needs to work on their customer service skills with their employees. Walked in tonight and was addressed after the... employee yelled at one of her co-workers. Dine-in .... hahaha ... what a joke. Went in with my partner to place an order to eat in, and were told it would be at least a... 40 minute wait cause they were busy with online orders. What kind of customer service is that? Didn't end up ordering and left.I can not support an establishment with such a poor standard of customer service. Read more
Subs are delicious but overpriced. Service is needlessly slow. With 7 people working in front, and only two customers ahead of... me, it took over 15 minutes to get my sub. Read more
They were out of a ton of items. Service was prioritized for their multiple Uber eats orders over the people actually waiting in... the place. The people working were nice but the place seems to be falling apart with management and customer service. Read more

We went on a week day afternoon. It wasn?t too busy when we went in, there was about 2 orders ahead of us. We got the Smokehouse... Beef & Cheddar Brisket Sub ($17.99) because we heard great things. We were not disappointed, it was a good balance of the sauce,meat and sandwich. The meat was tender and it didn?t get soggy even after bringing it home. The sub was huge and worth theprice. The only downside was how long it took them to make the sub, it took about 15 minutes after ordering and it seemed likethey were taking their time. I would definitely come back to try something else! Hands down the freshest most delicious subs imaginable. You can't even compare them to something like Subway, it would be like... your average beer league player trying to match Connor McDavid. Literally leagues and leagues apart. Only downside - they haveoccasionally struggled with accommodating all the online orders they get. They are in high demand and for good reason. You haveto prioritize the people in the store! This has only personally impacted me once however, and it hasn't stopped me going back. Read more
