The quality of food at Firehouse Subs is far superior to other restaurants such as Subway and Mr. Sub. I've visited this... location twice now and have enjoyed my meal both times. The employees are friendly and polite, the dining area is clean andspacious, and the menu is extensive. However, I am surprised by how long it takes staff to make each order. Usually the subs are hot and fresh but not this time ! I was disappointed to say the least , sub was luke warm but the big... issue was the bread was mushy from sitting too long ! That is a tell tail sign that the food has been sitting even though Iarrived at the exact time the app told me to be there . I would guess it sat for a good 10 minutes prior to me picking up thesub. These times are always wrong! Either you get there and wait for 10 to 15 minutes or it is ready to early and you haven'tarrived earlier enough.
