Nice and clean store. Visited here late at night for pizza craving. All good but the staff could have been more friendlier

I ordered pizza to the cashier today 05:08 pm @yourstore I was told to wait 15 min I took seat for me and my two kids time... passed I stood up to ask if my pizza was ready the same guy told me "our computer was down so I couldn't make your order" whenmany customers took their orders in front of my eyes how come your computer was down "only on my order" I asked the guy withbroken heart he went inside another face appeared "he forgot to punch your order" she tries to condolence me I'm like confusedhe called by my order name when I asked him if my order was ready and yet he forgets my order so weird and disgusting I ask themto give my money back and took my kids when they're crying for pizza..... MY QUESTION is are you prioritizing customers basedon your inner standard? I know I should have placed order for 7 pizzas ahead of time, but I called and I told them to not rush on my order, over all bad... experience, 10 minutes over the phone to place order, Uneven slices, pizzas were not cut thru, I had to recut all the pizzas,super cheap on toppings. Was not worth it, I don?t recommend. Read more

The pizza was ready on time and the order was correct which counts for something. It seems like maybe they have 3 year Olds... cutting them! Cutting the pizza is part of the job...and all 3 of my large pizzas were butchered. Do better Read more

The last two times I ordered Domino's pizza, I paid for extra items but when the pizzas were delivered, there were zero extra... items and barely enough cheese to cover the pizza. All they put extra is their base pizza sauce which makes pizza soggy andgross. Want refund for both the pizzas. Looking forward for a positive response!! And add less sauce in the pizza just asuggestion to make it less soggy. Ruined my Dinner for 2 times, not coming back if not getting refund !! Changed the locationbut service stays the same for them. I ordered pizza from this store , and they cut into too many small slices thats fine things happens but i ask them to send me... replacement pizza but the guy akash was really rude i told he is not doing any replacement so i called other dominoes store inCambridge she was really nice told me she will send replacement pizza but has to come through this kitchener store again andthis guy again cut into small slices to satisfy his ego and ruined my order with to much oil on pizza . Why is this pizza spicy? Dominoes is not supposed to be spicy. I order from other dominoes too but theirs is not spicy but this... pizza is spicy. It's only spicy when Indians are working at dominos and they do their own personal touches to pizza that's notsupposed to have their personal touches. This is not India, this is Canada and dominos in Canada. Go make spicy pizza in Indiainstead of making other people taste your disgusting curry spices that's not supposed to be in pizza. I ordered 6 XL Pizzas and not even a single one was properly backed. I can say it wasn?t even lightly done. I?ve been ordering... from the same store for a long time and I never had to complain once. But tonight, at Friday night, I guess they were busy andthey cooked something that nobody can eat. And when I complained saying that I just was a good pizza, not the refund or anythingelse. They are like we don?t have a manager/supervisor at the store right now and sorry, we cannot help you. You can come backtomorrow during the day when the manager is available. I mean, what shall I serve to my guests in the middle of the night. Howembarrassing it was and what I had to hear from them behind my back. I returned them the garbage pizza they made earlier and AllI was asking was to remake my pizza. This was my last order to this store. In future, I?ll drive to another store, but willnever order at this one. And I?m asking everyone to do the same, so you won?t have to face and feel what I felt. Read more
