I went here for the first time. We ordered a chicken pesto Pizza, red velvet cheesecake, veggie burger and a cookie skillet. The... food and service was amazing. I can say it was one of the best pizza i have ever had. Desserts were super amazing too! we didhave an issue with one of our food item but the staff was understanding and handled it in a really good way. they resolved theissue in the end. I would definitely come back to this place when i am in Kitchener! Read more
I'm not gonna lie, this is a pretty good dessert place. So many options to choose from which makes it a bit difficult because... everything looks so good. The food was great and the prices aren't bad either. I have nothing to complain about. Read more
Wow, what a menu! So many amazing choices. It's beautifully decorated with comfy seating as well. It is a bit pricey. $2 for my... daughter to get sprinkles on her ice cream... But delicious and we can't wait to go back. Read more
I've been to both the Kitchener location and the Guelph location and both offered excellent service. Wait times are very... reasonable even during busier times. The prices are very reasonable for portion size, with even the larger meals never exceedingthe 21$ mark. Cheaper options range around 15$-18$. The food itself is very good and they have a diverse menu for any occasion.Savory options are also available though desserts compose the larger part of the menu. The Guelph location does have a smallermenu as they are a smaller location, but they maintain the same level of quality. I would recommend anyone in the area to stopby at least once. For reference this is a photo of the "Warm and Loving" funnel cake at the guelph location. Read more
The food is excellent, the staff is very friendly, clean store and lots of variety. Be prepared to spend, it is not for the... faint of wallet but as an occasional treat well worth the money. Be prepared for a wait to be seated and for the food as well.Pleasant surroundings make the wait not unduly harsh but it always seems busy. Read more
We ordered take-out during the lockdown. We ordered a strawberry milkshake, "Hidden Gem" crepe and "For the Love of Ferrero"... chocolate chip cookie. The milkshake was good, but the crepe and cookie were too sweet and did not have much flavour. The icecream served with cookie and crepe was very icy and had no vanilla flavour. The quality and quantity were low for the cost offood. Overall, I was very disappointed, but I understand that these items may be better enjoyed in the restaurant. Read more
Nice atmosphere and decor. Pretty busy place with a huge menu. Plates look very nice. My order was not special, made with a lot... of ready-made ingredients. Crepe was not warm (even after I asked them to remake it since my order was sent to another tablefirst), ice cream tasted like store-bought, brownie was good but likely from a ready-mix. My biggest pet peeve is the price. Itdefinitely overpriced for what the quality, but in fairness in-line with other overpriced cafes like Williams. Update: wentback and ordered a waffle dish. The waffle is definitely better than the crepe. However, same complain: seems like most of theingredients are store bought. The brownie and the lava cake are very grainy. Marshmallows are added without getting toasted sothey taste bland. Presentation, size and atmosphere are great; prices are high. Read more
