I?ve come to Chicago?s on multiple occasions id say 5 or 6 times now.. me and my group had the same server on each of these... occasions and from moment one she was cold, rude, and generally disinterested In providing us with a nice atmosphere to enjoysome drinks and shoot some pool. This place has well maintained pool tables and we visit every time when we are in Kitchener. Well, this time when we were there,... we ordered 2 pitchers of beer and literally waited more than an hour to get it, because of our waitress. She had forgotten ourorder, even after we reminding her a minimum of 4 times. Later we had to inform the manager to get our drinks. After that, againwe waited for 10 more mins to get the mugs. Luckily we were playing pool to keep ourselves busy, otherwise would have felt sobad for waiting too long. Read more
Came here with friends to watch some sports and were treated very well with quality service. Mira was our server who constantly... ensured we had drinks and was always available if we needed food. Thuan was very accommodating in controlling the TV along withensuring we get a table for pool. Overall a great experience, would return. Read more

Great customer service! We had just left Montana's because after 15 minutes of waiting not one server greeted us or even... acknowledged our existence. So we decided we should try Chicago's. As soon as we walked through the door we were immediatelygreeted by an outgoing and friendly hostess that seated us right away. Within a minute of sitting down our lovely server cameand greeted us and got our drink order. Then was back promptly with our drinks and took our food order. All less then 10 minutesfrom the time we walked in and sat down. Exceptional service!! The food was fresh and tasted great! The dessert was soooooyummy! Thanks for turning our day around! Read more

It seemed like they had forgotten we had made reservations.. I also had to hunt down my server 3 times. Service was slow, we had... to wait 20 mins for drinks, and half hour for the menu after that. Food was good though, prices were good and it was clean Read more
