Very poor customer service (rude staff). In addition to this, I paid $15 for two drinks (one of them being a snack size) that... were both poorly blended and made incorrectly-there were literally unblended pieces of ice and bananas so my bf and I ended upchewing our smoothies instead of drinking them. The worst location I have been to. Worst customer service and management. I have been here 4 times and I have gone back twice so... far to have them remake my drink, and asking them to remake a drink they ruined in the first place is hell on its own and theywon?t even end up fixing it. Save your time and don?t come to this location. I have seen in other reviews as well when askingto get your drink remade they will argue back and tell you ?unfortunately there?s nothing I can do about it?. For a $10 drinkI?m sure you can. Visit today at 8pm (June 21st) just before they close and there is a female blonde student worker working all by herself. She... was rushing to make the customers order in a timely manner and making delivery orders as well. She is putting all her effortsand energy to make guest satisfaction. She deserves a pay raise. Really recommended this location but long wait times but it isworth waiting so the worker does not mess up the drinks while rushing. Always give them breathing space so they can relax andmake guest satisfaction for their drinks. She made me amazing Bananas a Whey drink. Read more

What a busy morning at Booster Juice at the Ira Needles location! Emily is working solo and she is amazing! Quick at her job &... very polite despite the long line up. Place is also nice & clean! They have a sign that says they have fresh products while providing ?extraordinary customer? service. That couldn?t be farther... from the truth. I ordered the Mind Over Matcha, which is my go-to drink at Booster Juice. I love the berry and almond milkcombo. When I tried it today, something was off with the flavours - it felt like something was missing because the flavoursseemed too subtle. I went in to explain this, and the manager just asked me to lift the lid, as if that will tell her exactlyhow it tastes. She said ?unfortunately there?s nothing she can do about it.? If I?m paying almost $10 for a drink and I?m notenjoying it after my first sip, as a paying customer, I would expect them to be able to offer something. Totally unreasonable. Read more

This location is absolutely Awful!! They have the worse customer service they take forever to get simple orders done, i have... been to the fairway location and was in and out in under 5 minutes with 2 other customers there. Meanwhile at the boardwalklocation it takes them about 20 minutes to serve one customer and they are so rude! I have been to this location several timesat different times and different days of the week and it is all the same. I have had staff even roll their eyes at me for noreason and i am a pretty friendly person. The last time i was there will truly be my last. After the girl gave me my drinks isaid thank you and she didn't reply so i said it louder in and she very rudely said " you are welcome". I don't understand whythey hire these people that clearly hate their jobs. I never have written such a negative review in my life but i was so turnedoff by this store i wanted to contact the manager and decided to write this review instead. Unfortunately all the issues mentioned by others, whether a week ago or years ago are still present, which means either the... owners don?t care or they have their family members as staff here. Not only does the staff take an unreasonably long timegetting simple orders completed, they act like they are doing you a favour by serving you. It took 15 mins to get done with twocustomers with their slow as molasses work ethic and zero customer service skills. This is not during a rush, this isn?t evensomething due to COVID and is very unique to this specific location. Do yourself a favour and if at all possible go to the 247King St N or the 123 Pioneer Dr location and let your wallet be the owners motivation to get competent staff. Read more
