If I could give them a negative I would. This was ridiculous! I went into their store at 10:15 to place an order to go. When I... walked in, there were about five girls in the front just chatting. I wasn't greeted, I was not responded to when I greeted them.Customer service was HORRIBLE! I asked to place an order to go and they said it was going to be an hour wait because theyprioritize online orders over mine, which is fine. I get that. My thing is, nobody was doing anything! Nobody was cooking,nobody was tossing chicken in sauce, nobody was frying anything.. everyone was standing around. When I asked a question, theyproceeded to ignore me and talk amongst themselves. I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS WING STOP! They should really consider closingthis store down because the people who work in there are ridiculous! I wouldn't want them representing my company. Read more
The food takes hours to prepare. They always get the order wrong. Last time I ordered through their website for delivery and... they contracted out to Doordash. My food was stolen and Wingstop has yet to refund my money for food never received after mecalling and speaking to a "manager" many times regarding the issue and them reassuring me it would be in my bank within 3-5business days. Really disappointing. Over priced but more importantly underwhelming. The woman who took our order was completely unengaged... (fine, it?s hard to find talent I get it) but she also got my order wrong. $60 worth of food and no one was happy with it.Buffalo Wild Wings is down the street along with a zillion other solid choices. We had a chance first to try Wingstop in Hollywood, FL; it pops up showing it was one in Kissimmee FL we had to order again. We... love there garlic parmesan wings and we got the light season fries.
