Won?t be visiting this branch of Wendy?s again anytime soon. Waited at the counter for an age for someone to take our order and... was ignored the whole time. It may be that we were supposed to be placing our order using the machines but if it was the casethen that wasn?t obvious that that was what we had to do and I actually asked the staff at counter twice if anyone was actuallytaking orders and was ignored both times. Really bad! We ordered a sour cream and chive baked potato and a burger and fries to go. Got back to the hotel and there was no... sour cream for the potato and no fork and no napkins. PAID ALMOS $30 ON FOOD AND THE LEAST THEY SHOULD DO IS GIVE YOU HOT FOOD... IM SURE THEY KNOW WHEN THE FOOD IS JUST SITTING... THERE MY ENTIRE ORDER WAS COLD. I ALSO ORDERED 4 SIDES OF THE CHEESE SAUCE AND THEY ALWAYS PUT IT IN THESE TINY PLASTICCONTAINERS THAT NEVER STAND THE HEAT OF THE CHEESE AND BURST OPEN IN MY BAG GETTING ON EVERYTHING.
