Awful food. The 4-chicken sandwiches were supposed to be fresh. No. Bacon on all 4 was burnt with a charcoal taste. 5-chicken... nuggets were supposed to be fresh too. No. The fries were old and tasted like charcoal. None of the food was good. We were allunhappy and hungry. Read more
I just wanted to say how nice staff was , specifically one nice guy, early 20's prob, bun. Probably Puerto Rican (He was... explaining the differences with sandwiched to a gentleman in Spanish & had lots of patience ) I regret very much not gettinghis name. I was in a rush. I work Doordash, long day & night today. This gentlemen literally went above And beyond to help me.Which is not common (especially in fast food) with the issue I had, and the store busy, and he helped even when it wasn't hisproblem. So 4 orders placed so far an none has been delivered correctly. This time again missing food and my strawberry frosty (spoiled)... the chocolate pix one was added so you could see what it should look like.always missing food. Tty contacting rhe store morethan 5 times no answer, and impossible to contact doordasher or whoever they use to deliver. INTERNAL AFFAIRS! ???? I waited one week to post this review, because when I spoke with their customer service I was assured... that a district manager would contact me. Obviously even at that level they're not interested in providing service to thecustomer! Internal affairs, when I spoke with the manager a bit later on, and she couldn't find my transaction. But she saidshe went all the way back to breakfast that same day... You have a bigger problem, than mine. That means somebody stealing fromyou ???? I pulled to the drive-thru and ordered a $5 biggy bag, and upgraded the fries to baconator. A #4 chicken sandwich, anda bacon cheddar baked potato. I asked also for an extra cup of cheese on the side. When the bag with food was handed to me, notonly did the extra cup of cheese empty in the bag, but the baconator fries were not even closed. I angled the bag towards thecashier at the window so she could see the mess that was made. Is this done intentionally? Or are they really just thatcareless when everything is tossed in the bag? Nothing from the cashier in the way of... Oh I'm sorry! Let me remake your food.No she just proceeded to hand me another cup of cheese. I had asked for my receipt twice, and was blown off. When I tried totake the food out of the bag, it splattered all over my blouse, so I went home. I went back just a few moments later, and wentinside. The best chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich I have ever eaten. A juicy,thick, seasoned, crispy piece of Chicken On one of the... tenderest most delicious biscuits I have ever eaten. Did I mention the Honey Butter sauce? Yum! This is well put together and Ithink the best one out there. I also ordered the chicken bacon croissant and it would of been good on its own, but I ate thechicken biscuit first, and the tastebuds liked that the most.
