Unfortunately it was not a pleasure eating at this location The mature Spanish woman long black ponytail in the front counter... area was very rude I placed an order thru the app they gave my entire order to me old nd cold like fresh food should have someheat to it I had to show her and have her feel how cold the nuggets was so she snatched the food I was confused as far as thetime of attitude I was receiving bkuz I was chill about the matter so she started talking trash in Spanish about me wantingfresh chicken nd then I'm clearly a woman and the lady kept saying sir to me after I corrected her five times then she talkedtrash in Spanish again as if I'm not Spanish myself so i heard her laugh after I corrected her to call me mam not sir and thenshe called me ugly smh this should be addressed all customers should be treated with respect especially when the customer is notbeing rude towards them.this place will never get me or my co workers lunch business in the loop again we don't tolerate that. Terrible customer services, I wait 10 minutes in front of the register, there was nobody to take my order, when finally I did my... order, I have to wait other 10 minutes, when I open the bag, fries was missing, so I went back for the fries, and I had to waitbecause there was no fries.
