We went through the drive thru this evening with 2 separate large orders. Almost every burger had something special about it.... And they got EVERYTHING correct and it tasted really good! They were very busy, it amazed me that everything was right! Awesomejob!! Read more
The store was filthy, the food was cold, they gave food that we didn't order. The manager tried to make it right. By taking one... thing back. Then everything else became cold. I spoke with the manager and showed him how dirty his restaurant was. He explainedthat he was short staffed. But that filthy had been there for quite a while. I enjoy Wendy's. Customer service is horrible! Hopefully this is the right cashier name ?Amber? that was given to me when I ask who was the... cashier who took my order.. As I was talking my order on Sunday 8/28/2022. I believe it was around 11:45 am. It was a rushorder! I ordered 2 Big Bag, then advise the cashier that I have a second order after repeating my order, she only had 1 Big Bag,I only said no mama it?s 2 of the Big Bags. She reply I already have that! With an attitude! Then I also advise the cashierthat I have a second order. She said I did hear that! RUDELY And go head with your order. After completing my 2 order she thenreply ?OKAY HAVE A BLESS DAY!? I took as She was being sarcastic! ? It was no thank you, or please pull forward, or see you atthe window. Come on Wendy?s you need to get better employees! Stop hiring trash from the street that don?t even have customer service... experience and can?t even read or ask the correct questions to customers. My husband went to pick up my mobile order and MARIEkept telling him that order wasn?t there with a bad attitude made him come inside with my son to WAIT for order to go through?WHEN MY ORDER WAS THERE FOR MORE THAN 25 minutes! Ordered at 9:16 got my food FINALLY at 9:45 all because she thought she wascorrect instead of actually reading my phone where it clearly said my name a certain way and as soon as she finally decided tolisten to me OH THE ORDER WAS THERE.
