I totally chanced across this place, I was heading somewhere to else, but sadly it was closed. I saw this at the side of the... road and thought why not. The service was great, I?d never been before and both the girl on the desk and the waiter explainedand showed me what to do. Basically you get a soup base and go and get lots of yummys to put in your soup base from Veg toSeafood to Meat. Then once it?s cooked in your soup base you fish it out and eat it. They tell you how long to cook things for,basically 3 min for seafood, 30 seconds for meat, meat is mostly ham like things so I avoided that. I completely messed up thefirst lot by cooking for 7 minutes, luckily the server came over and re-explained it was meant to be 3 min, I was aiming for 10,it still tasted fine and my mini octopus was as at least cooked properly, wouldn?t want to eat that raw. There?s also a goodselection of dumplings, dipping sauces and other goodies. There was also the option for a grill at a slightly higher price, butthis was already at the top end of my budget and I was in the mood for sea food and veg. Both of which tasted nice andfresh. If this wasn?t enough, you could have an ice cream for dessert, not the best ice cream I have to say but that?s not whatyour paying for. I was stuffed when I left. Overall this place is pretty good, they have a large selection of meat, seafood, and vegetables. Everything is pretty much self... service so you won?t get much service from the server. They have a big meat selection but the quality is trash compared to otherhotpot restaurants. The pot they use is also really small compared to other places so you can?t cook a lot of stuff at once. Attentive service. Food items were fresh, restaurant was well kept and clean, broth was delicious and selection was amazing. Kid... friendly. You get 90 minutes of all you can eat but there wasn't any rush and the server kept our drinks and broth flowing asneeded. Will definitely return. Read more

This place amazing!! It was our first time and the servers were very kind and helpful when it came to finding our way around the... restaurant. The produce was very fresh and tasted amazing with the many assortments and combinations possible. It was also veryclean. Loved it!! The next time we're in Florida we're definitely coming back! We had a party of 4, we ordered soups for everyone and had the grill on. We all left full and happy. We would definitely come... back. The staff were extremely nice and attentive, we greatly appreciated their service. Opinion: This is a fantastic locationand very popular. The setup was a little different from the one I was used to, but the buffet style was easy to use. The diningroom was beautiful and lively. Notes: The building was packed tonight, we arrived at about 9:30pm. There was plenty of foodstill out on the buffet and a staff member helped us get seated quickly. Volcano has set the tone for what a hot pot experience should be ? fast, efficient and custom for every diner within every... party. You get your food buffet style and cook it right at your table to avoid overloading staff with large orders. They have ahuge variety of veggies and meat options that you most likely won?t be able to get to during the course of your meal. Volcano Hot Pot & BBQ came highly recommended from someone I know. It's like a buffet with a twist. That twist is that you cook... the food yourself. My family and I enjoyed the concept. Being able to get the meat and veggies you want in the amount you wantand either grilling it or boiling it in your soup base was so neat. I had never heard of a restaurant like this. We plan onvisiting again and we've told some of our friends about it as well. GREAT EXPERIENCE! WONDERFUL SERVER. FRESH FOOD! GREAT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THIS HOT POT NEWBIE! I would give 5 stars, except we came... in with 3 people and only 2 parties of 4 ahead of us and after 1 hour and the 13 parties of larger groups that came in after uswere seated, did we get seated. If they had seated us and the other 2 parties, we would have all been in and out before thehour was up. However, they seated the larger groups that came in later 1st. We were patient and it was appreciated, by thehostess. However, I disagree with this particular policy. Read more
