Closed at 7pm on a Friday.... let me guess staffing. Since my last review they have hired more responsible employees. Chris is... a hustler and keeps the line flowing. He also works another full time job and still puts in 20-30 hours with subway. Several ofthe Hispanic girls in the afternoon are also awesome. About a month ago Chris had a maniac in the store who took off all of hisgarments....yuck. Chris remained calm and escorted the current customers out of the store and call 911. Kissimmee Police arrivedquickly and determined that the male was experiencing excited delirium, due to drugs. Anyhow KPD handled the issue and Chriswas stuck cleaning the entire dining room. The male apparently broke pipes in the restroom and flooded the place. Read more

I got attended by a new chef there. He was very friendly and polite. Tho he asked questions i saw his will to learn and be good... at his job. The place is clean and neat. I recommend. Read more
I was over charged, but they were able to fix it. The toaster is broken, none of our sandwiches were more than room temperature... upon receiving them. The ladies working were very nice. Read more
As an essential worker I am completely exhausted and hungry. I?m also pescatarian and try to eat healthy. They had a limited... choice so I decided to get the salad since the wraps were not on the menu. I paid $7 for this.....so I asked the lady at theregister why a salad costs more than their subs being that it was half the meat. Mind you the customer ahead of me ordered atuna sub given 3x the meat than my salad bowl. As the lady who was making sandwiches began to explain the lady at the registercut her off by stating she did not have to explain herself. That was completely rude because I was curious to know. I did notcome off rude or anything she took my money but kept my receipt. I was very upset how I was treated I did not come in makinganybody?s lives difficult or being rude I only had a question. Every time I go there this girl named Yoli or Toli is always having extended conversations with customers and basically ignoring... customers who come in until she is done talking. She is very robotic and not personable at all. She basically isn't payingenough attention to what the customer wants she is moving as if its an Assembly line. She called me a term of endearment whichis unprofessional. Tasha at the cash register was on her phone and also called me Honey. Where do they get there customerservice from. Yoli or Toli has made me leave the store and drive to another subway just because she was not listening and madethe sandwich wrong twice. They both need a reality check. So annoying, barely ruined my evening. Read more
Great service, great food! I just had the best subway sandwich ever!! The cashier was very nice, didn't get her name, medium... length black hair with blonde highlights in the back, tan skinned color, not sure if Hispanic or black, 5 stars for her! Alldone and Satisfied Read more
Went there for lunch and left with a 6inch teriyaki sandwich. Got to work and sat down to eat first thin I see is a hair In my... sandwich. Opens the it up and I found a total of 4 hair strands. I sure it had to be the managers hair. She was not wearing ahair net or a hat white making the sandwiches. This place is so nasty. In the photo you can see 1 out of the 4. Instant gagreflex.
