Marissa?s hospitality was outstanding! I noticed her patience shine when the guest in front of us tried making it a bit... difficult for Marissa, yet Marissa did not show one bit of frustration, her responses were full of passion for serving the guestand made the guest very pleased. If as guests we could have more patience with those that serve us because they don?t just serveus but those to come.
