Possibly the WORST Starbucks in the world!! Yes it?s busy but OMG how slow could they be?? We waited over 20mins for our drinks... but our food came straight away? Lots of people came after us and got their drinks before us, which is bizarre but what was morebizarre was the attitude of the barista, a small young lady with glasses and red curly hair, who?s attitude was quite franklydown right abrasive, not what this brand should be associated with. There?s plenty of other coffee places about, please pleaseavoid this one. Read more
I go to this location quite often. Most of the workers no me. Either by name or just by my face and just say hi. Never have to... ask for anything. They know my order so it's nice to see. I'll be back soon. Read more
Accessible location. Parking and drive thru available. Dirty and messy inside and in patio. Terrible costumer service on... 10-29-22 @ around 7:00pm. Baristas have a terrible attitude. Caught them talking negatively about a customer (the person I camein with). My drink was made incorrectly twice and I was given attitude when I asked them to remake it again (telling me "coffeewas made correctly in the first place"). We paid almost $15 for two coffees, we expect them to taste the way they are supposedto taste. We also expect our drinks to be made with the specifications that were asked for since we are being charged for everyadd on. Train your employees, they can do better. Read more
Starbucks customer service is the worst ever especially at this location. Workers are rude and not clean. There's always trash... on the patio. They never put a trash can on the patio and tables are always disorganized. They talk to each other too much withno respect to the customer in front of them. I hope the leadership team will spend more time in these locations to train theiremployees to better serve their customers. Read more
Staff was extremely friendly, I think every associate working said good morning or hello to my son and I. We made a mobile order... and it was ready by the time we arrived. Drinks were made as ordered and in a very timely manner. Location seemed clean and wellmaintained. Read more
Let me start by saying that I rarely leave a review unless I am highly upset and had a horrible experience at the location.... However, every time I?ve came to the Starbucks everyone has been extremely pleasant, they are quick and I have to say that thecustomer service is great. I?ve been going to Starbucks for years!
