TL;DR: One of the better Michelin chef's for vegans in Orlando, but not worth the price. Food: Our group ordered 1 of... everything vegan on the menu. While we greatly appreciate a separate and extensive vegan menu, having options is just not goodenough to pay these prices. Each dish needs to be superb in both presentation and taste. Only the eggplant and spinach disheswere presented with the artistic Michelin level one would expect and taste wise, the majority of the food was good, but not mindblowing. For example, the fried rice was one of the best tasting fried rice dishes I have had worldwide, but it was just scoopedinto a pot. The spinach salad was a work of art that tasted superb and the miso eggplant was also top notch. However, everythingelse fell flat for a Michelin restaurant. The best example of this is the Tofu Steak. This dish is a 1/2 block of unpressed, unmarinated, and mostly uncooked tofu on a bed of mushrooms. The middle of the tofu was cold and honestly did not have anyflavor for the price of $38. Now, I am not complaining about the price alone, but it is about value for what you get. A $38 tofudish could be worth it, if it was clear the time was taken to prepare the tofu for hours or overnight, etc. However, this wassimply a lightly seared 1/2 block of tofu that cost them less than $1 and under a minute to prepare. Compare this to the spinachsalad at $24 which was delish and GORGEOUS clearly taking one of the chefs a solid 10-20 minutes to fully put together. Drinks:Fantastical drinks with short lived WOW. I am sure the basic Instagram influencer who doesn't know what the Crusades were aboutwill love these drinks. They are non-alcoholic and gorgeously crafted. However, the wow factor is short lived as the bartenderstake away the presentation trays within a minute of hitting the table. E.g., Into the Woods is a green juice with a touch of 0proof spirits served on this really cool bed of mushrooms and greenery. The bartender explains ev Read more

Incredible! We attended their Sunday tea service for Birthday celebrations and the whole experience was extravagant, delicious,... and special. The different teas were extensive. The tea sandwiches were quite the variety and filling. My favorite hands downwere the scones with the Apple/Pistachio preserve and the egg salad sandwiches. My compliments to Chef Alex. My husband isvegetarian and he did not disappoint. In fact, the Chef catered a whole separate array of sandwiches to suit his vegetarianneeds without compromising on taste or appearance. The vibe was beautifully modern and intimate. Service was on point. I amlooking forward to our next visit for a Dinner Reservation. Read more

I gathered my friends and a total of 10 of us came to celebrate my birthday here. We were warmly welcomed by the staff as we... approach the host. Randi our waitress was excited to be there and explained the menu thoroughly to all 10 of us at the same time(props to you Randi!). Mock tails were beautifully presented and tasted amazingly! We ordered two appetizers, one of them beingthe tune pizza, I could eat it forever!!! And the wagyu tacos ? to die for! I had the 5 oz steak with mushrooms, companies byBrussels sprouts and fries. My husband had the Ny steak with salts with different tastes and origins. My husband has one had anexperience like this once, in Canada with the touch of salts? he says this experience far passed all his experiences. We needwith the cigar dessert and I had a birthday treat! All I can say is wow, Saul you have trained your crew and has given me thebest birthday experience thus far. All my friends could not stop thanking me to bringing them to your restaurant. I know theywill all be back. But speaking for myself, I will definitely be back with my husband! The difference: I will be documenting myexperience even better on social media. I would love my followers to experience this location: not only for the food, but forthe overall intimate experience and atmosphere you have given us. Thank you. Read more

The presentation, and the food were amazing. It is an experience for sure! We started with the wagyu tacos and dynamite Crab.... Followed by the black cod and lobster. The Black cod had a sweet finish to it that was very different and delicious. As dessertwe had the Ab cigar and the ab chocolate in a cup, both were superb. The mocktails presentation is impressive. Bring your ownbottle and they will serve it, no uncorking fee at this time. My constructive criticism: the employees uniform, specificallythe ladies doesn?t seem to go with the ambience and vibes of the hotel. The background music was loud and it was difficult tohear and understand the servers. After we requested the bill and placed the cards for payment(two cards), my friend?s card waslost. Shortly thereafter it was found and the server told my friend to make that (finding the card ) be reflected on the tip. That was very uncomfortable and weird. Other than that I will recommended it!
