We had to wait over 30 minutes just to get our food. There was so many people working there that had no idea how to work as a... team to get all of the orders out. They did not even know the difference if mild and spicy. We ordered spicy for all of ourmeals and we got mild. I even tried to explain to the cashier that mild is lighter in color and spicy you can see the spices onthe checked. This was a total waste of money and time. Lastly what really got my family mad is there cup of cajon rice. You payover $6 for a large and it was only 70% full. I brought it back to the counter and told them to fill it is since we are payingover $6 for a cup of rice... A total disappointment to say the least. Read more

Once again my order was wrong. Ordered two 8 piece nuggets and they tried to give me two 3 piece tenders. They were cold when I... got home.. They messed up on the three piece chicken white meat upgrade and gave me three piece regular. They gave me friesinstead of Cajun rice. Had to go back to get the dipping sauces. Tried to go one time and no one ever took our order after waiting for a while, didn't even come on to say "hold on" or anything.... Tried again a second time and again waited a long time for someone to take the order even though no one was in line or insidethe store. 1 customer ahead of us, waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged and told all the had was the #2 drum/thighs available. Which by the... huge 100+ pieces already cooked that I could see and wonder how long they were sitting there. Left and came back a few dayslater and they now had options. Let me preface this by mentioning that I gave this place TWO opportunities to give me a decent impression. But both times I was... let down. Lets start with the first time. The first time, I had attempted to order a tenders combo and a chicken sandwich combothrough Uber Eats. The Uber driver called me to let me know that once they got there, the employee informed them that thetenders were out of stock. Why did it take the driver arriving all the way there to notify me of a missing product? Why couldn?tthe Popeyes employees contact me directly instead of wasting me and my drivers time? No worries I no guess, must be a fluke orsomething. My order was cancelled and I was informed to place a new order which I do so. But this time, the restaurant cancelledmy order after I attempted to order a 4 piece chicken combo instead. OKAY BUDDY, IF YOU DONT HAVE THAT TOO, WHY COULDNT YOU JUSTTELL ME YOU ONLY HAVE CHICKEN SANDWICHES? Popeyes sells 3 main chicken items, tenders, sandwiches, and regular chicken. IF THESTORE IS MISSING 2 OF THE 3, THEN SAY WHAT YOU HAVE INSTEAD OF MAKING ME GO THROUGH TRIAL AND ERROR AND WASTING MY TIME TO FINDOUT WHAT YOU DONT HAVE. Typically this location is short of staff, however, today there were four staff people and yet there were only three customers... in the line waiting to order and they took a ten minutes before they someone came to the front counter to take an order. Thestaff also was doing a lot of horseplay and using profanity; very unprofessional.
