I sat in the drive thru for 7 minutes waiting to give my order. When I finally was able to give my order I was told chicken... would take 20 minutes. I only wanted chicken tenders and those don't take 20 minutes. Needless to say I drove away verydisappointed. Read more
They let the drive thur line fill up and take one or two orders at a time and after the person gets there food then they take... the next order. It?s ridiculous. They are rude and mean. Lazy and smell like cannabis constantly. I have seen on multipleoccasions two or more employees outside talking, laughing, even sharing a smoke every time I go. I can only go on my days offbecause the lines take so long. Honestly needs better management. Read more

The ladies there always have attitudes and give real snooty looks to anybody who comes through the door or drive thru. I ordered... from my job today and had it delivered through the ubereats. The driver informed me of the attitudes and lies he got . Theydidn?t give him my drink or sauces for my 5 piece tenders. When I called the ladies over the phone got an attitude and told meI need to call uber eats because the driver should have spoken up. Won?t be returning there. Read more
We were regulars, they always took good care of us, we love the chicken. The thing I do not understand is why it cost 3 to 4... dollars more in Florida for the food then any other state. It is $11.99 for a 5 piece in most other state (Alabama, Georgia,North Carolina, New Jersey, Illinois to name a few) and 14.99 to 15.99 in Florida? I?m usually not one to leave reviews but this location is HORRIBLE. Do yourself a favor and don?t come here. They gave me a... really burnt chicken sandwich. Tried to save time on lunch break. Ordered a chicken sandwich and biscuit. They didn't have any sandwiches ready at 12pm, made... me pull around, waited 10 minutes. Then went in. Still not ready. Finally gave me a bag. Forgot the biscuit. No apologies,just rudely gave me the bag. Ended up being late to work thanks to the close to 20 min stop. Read more
