Terrible store! Couldn?t even get a simple order of breadsticks right. They basically sent cold bread with no seasoning or... parmesan cheese. When I called to speak to the manager on duty they left me on hold for 8 minutes and then I heard when ?Joey?yell at the girl who answered the phone that he was too busy to come to the phone. After more waiting he offered no refund or tosend another order out. Please order from Papa Johns or Dominos instead. Read more

I have given only one because I can not give zero or negative rating. I have ordered from Pizza Hut before and although they... have not covered themselves with glory in terms of customer service in the past, today is the worst. Ordered a large cheesepizza 90 min back and nothing is delivered. Can not get anyone to pick up the call so that I can cancel it. For the love ofalmighty, avoid this store and possibly the chain. Ordered big dinner box 10/21/22. Just last night and coincidentally, as others have stated, my order was place at about 10:50pm... from online. Pizza trackers are a wonderful idea and quite reputable when ordering online. As we watched our order never changefrom "ordered" to "baked" in a matter of 30 minutes. May I inform you that we, at this time, are only 1.8 miles away from thestore location. After giving the store two phone calls back to back and after each phone call, hearing the receiver being pickedup and set back down. I was hung up on twice. The calls were made within the hour of multiple complaints from this location. Ithen drove to the store location to see what was up with my order. Upon entering this pizza hut that I ordered from, I heard thephone ringing. Why was I not surprised when I saw not one employee pick up the phone. Also, when I stated to the young man atthe counter that I tried to call twice and that both times I was hung up on, I was looked at with disbelief, while no oneanswered the phone still. I explained that I had come to pick-up my order instead. He told a young lady who I'd only have toassume was the manager and they grabbed my order from under another pizza, in the back, sitting on a table, under no warm or hotlight. It gets worse for Pizza Hut... I had to remind the "Manager" to change the price from delivery, which came out to about$37 w/tip, to the pick-up price. Unfortunately, our bank account shows two transactions to go through at $36.95 and then apick-up transaction price of $26.06. This location is the absolute worst. The manager, Marissa, used extremely disrespectful language towards my family when dealing... with a complaint. She cussed at us on the phone and later when we went to the store in person to pick up our pizza, she referredto us as ?bitches?, refusing to give her name and talking disrespectfully to us from behind the counter. The amount ofdisappoint is ridiculous. My family waited over 2 hours for pizza that never arrived, and the manager Marissa refused to give usa refund because it was ?our fault, not theirs?. She even led to say that if I was so worried about my nephew having dinner thatnight, I should have paid more attention when placing my order. She proceeded to put me on hold and later hang up the phone.When we went to go to the store because we now had no pizza and no refund, we asked for her to come out and they said she ?left?for the night. We later found out she was hiding and proceeded to disrespectfully speak to the workers about us refusing to makeour pizza which the other manager had agreed to make for us since we had already paid for it. I recommend you NEVER visit thislocation or order online. The customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. This has been the worst experience ever!! We order pizza and bread and they delivered to the wrong address. We called 3 times to... the store, they were extremely rude and unprofessional. My daughter had to drive to the store and the manager will not come out. No none wanted ti give my daughter the managers name. At the end ?Manager Ms.Maritza? and said to my daughter ?Good niteBitch? We have informed CORPORATE and also the news. Please, have this lady fired, we don?t need to have more verbal abuse inthis world especially when you are paying for services. Read more
