Normally i have good experiences here but tonight is crazy?i ordered my pizza like usual..i get an estimated wait of 35 mins..an... hour passes by and nothing. I call and they have no memory or proof of me placing my order?they mention that their system shutdown and erased all orderes ?.they also had my number tied to someone else. I been on hold for the past 15 mins hopefully theyrectify this im sure it was a mistake out of their hands but i still have no pizza? Read more
Large one topping pizza is $9.99.. After taxes 13$ and delivery fee 20$..and on top you have to tip 5 dollar to the delivery guy... or you ijgby catch some attitude.. this is outrageous..!!! Don't let this people steall your hard earned money. Little ceasarrules ???? Read more

Had positive 5 star experience until today. This lost them 3 stars. I ordered by app got there and told them I was outside. The... guy said that it wasn't ready yet, even though the app said it was. So I told him I was outside waiting. I waited maybe another30 min. Finally I went inside and they had it right there. The rude guy said they called me, I said why would you call I alreadycalled and said I was there. He just repeated himself and didn't offer any apology or anything. I went back to my car andchecked my phone. No call was received as expected. So not only did they not do they're job. They lied to my face about it. Ifprior experience wasn't all 5 stars thus would be a 1 star thanks largely to that kid working the front at 6 pm. If I was themanager he would be fired. He was useless and rude. Read more
Ordered 2 pizzas and wings. First order came incorrect No garlic parm on wings. Came plain Both pizza garlic butter crust was... requested Both came with no flavored crust. Called store was told new order would come corrected after waiting an extra 63 min.The SAME ERRORS occurred. Still plain wings no flavor and no butter garlic crust. Had 2 chances to make this and both came backincorrect and unsatisfactory. I haven't has pizza hut in 8 years now I remember why. Photos of both incorrect orders were gladlytaken ! Read more
Last time it was no sauce or pepperoni. This time it was burnt crust and very little sauce on a hand tossed pizza.
