I'm a big fan of Ale House since I moved to central Florida on 2012, I love the atmosphere, the service and the food but I have... to say something about this last visit about the food, especially the Zinger mountain melt, It was nothing compared to what Iwas usually served, it had almost no bacon or cheese and no chives either. It's a shame because this place fascinates me, Ijust hope they improve the food and continue with their excellent service as always. Have a good day!! Read more
First time going to an Ale House and so disappointed I?ve never came to visit this place. Staff was very friendly. While I was... walking to the bar, the manager James ask me if I?m here to watch the football games. I told him yes, and ask what?s the bestthing to have. He told me you can never go wrong with wings & beer while you watch football. I explain that I doubt a good chainwill have good wings. He told me that Ale House has the best wings, not the small ones most places have, and that he soconfident on that he would take it off my bill if they wasn?t good. Well it?s a win win for me so I agreed. He said ok I?ll havethem start on the wings. I definitely didn?t expect him to come back with the wings but let alone tell me that he made himself.Well the tasting. I have to say these were some of best wings I?ve ever had. Fresh, big, moist and actually fully cover in thesauce. And then I understood why the staff was so good, James is a perfect definition of lead by example. We have been wanting to try miller's since it opened but just haven't had the chance. We finally went in for lunch/ dinner. We... were told it would be an approximately 30 minute wait and took my number to text me when the table was ready, but within 10minutes my phone went off and shown our booth. We started off with fried calamari and instead of the usual marinara sauce itcame with a sweet chili sauce. It was excellent. I had fish and chips and was surprised at how many pieces of fish it came with,5 large pieces of very crispy fish with fries and Cole slaw. The fish was cooked perfectly but I hate to say was very bland,which is why only 4 stars. Most places that serve fish and chips you are able to eat it without any tartar sauce and be verytasty. Not in this case, so not recommended. Ok, my wife ordered the prime burger which is a burger with shaved prime rib on itwith other toppings and fries. Well after the first bite I saw my wife's eyes and said this is fantastic. I had to try it and Imust say it has to be one of the best burgers I've had!! Next time we go back I will be sure to get that for myself! LOL.Overall we had a wonderful meal and will be going back more often. Zachary was our server and was one of the nicest servers wehave had. So glad we were able to eat here. When they first opened we ordered takeout... it was not that good. ????We were not going to... return, but I thought that it was worth a shot to eat inside - boy am I thankful we did! The place was very clean and staff wasvery friendly. Service was on point, thanks Johnathan ???? and food did not disappoint. We will definitely return! Nice to haveanother option in our area. By the way the Monday special for a full rack of ribs.... yes please! Pictured below is my steaksalad, the rib special, the French dip, key lime pie and the brownie sundae. ???? Very2x disappointed! I ordered the Coconut Shrimp meal, after a lengthy wait about 35 mins the meal was delivered to the table,... as soon as the ordered was placed on the table i could see that the shrimp was way overdone, instead of shrimp being goldenbrown it looked like blackened shrimp and had glossy appearance indicating that it was saturated with oil, so i ordered areplacement meal, Chicken Zingers with barbecue sauce, which again took a long time, when that meal came to the table itappeared as if theres was a little excessive barbecue sauce on the plate and it was obvious that someone tried to removed theexcess barbecue sauce with their finger, the server said he was going to send the manager over but the manager never came so ihad to asked him to send the manager, I told and show the food to the manager and he seem to dispute the whole thing, ratherthan being apologetic he was just making excuses, not going back to this restaurant.
