Ordered two double pounders only got one. They just gave me the take out bag and closed the d-thru window on my face.
I live close by this Mcdonalds. Ordered breakfast on the app. Picked up on drive-thru. Once made it home I find out they forgot... to give me my egg mcmuffins. No one picked up the phone so I had to go back in person, explained the situation, but just gotshrugged off. Worst customer service ever. Worst manager too. I ordered a double quarter lb recieved a regular. Returned it, was waiting at the last window for 15 mins than decided to go... inside and see what was taking so long. Literally got a big Mac and they could not get their signature item correct. Waited for over 15 minutes to get my food, they... should be telling people to park in a spot and keep the flow going instead of making people wait in line for food. Read more
