They forgot 90% of our order, the service was super slow too the point where we got back to our hotel room it was 8:00, when we... ordered at 6:30 after a nice short day at Bush Gardens. At the end the food tasted like any other McDonalds food, however sadlywe Ordered from Ohana at our hotel due to the shortage of food for my family. If you are ever staying at Disney PolynesianResort, ORDER FROM OHANA! Overall this McDonalds needs better service, along with the staff paying attention to orders nexttime. Because they didn't just forget like a 5 piece nugget NO! They forgot our McChicken, our two 20 piece nugget, a cheeseburger and a happy meal. Overall bad experience here, I hope to come back to it soon and get a better opinion. Read more
Attention. RACIALLY MOTIVATED? I get that it's mcdonald's but don't be rude. I was doing an uber eats delivery tonight around... 8:20 which had 2 large drinks. The girl had deep tan skin, may have been hispanic, was probably about 5'8 and kind of heavy set.(NONE OF THEM WORE NAME TAGS) Seeing her put 2 large drinks in a bag made me nervous because I have to drive these to someone.She put the drinks in some kind of modified cupholder and put them in the bag. Respectfully, 1) I don't want them to spill inthe car because uber doesn't reimburse me for damages, and 2) If the drinks spill in the bag the customer won't be receivingtheir drinks then they can report that the store has missing items in their orders 3) I have cupholders. I just feel more securebeing able to carry out the cups and putting them in my cupholders. All the other places I have delivered for just handed me thedrinks. I asked her if she could just leave the drinks on the counter, she didn't ask me why I preferred the drinks on thecounter she just said ********"I have to put them in the bag because you might steal them."********It took me a moment toprocess. I understand that sure, customers can have missing items in their order and I get that it's McDonald's and youshouldn't expect the best customer service but come on now. I would have much preferred she had said something like "I'm puttingthese all in a bag so you have less to carry to the car." I don't know if it's because I look spanish and she thinks she can saywhatever she wants to me (I am not of hispanic or spanish descent at all) but that's not how you phrase something to someone. It's a shame that I commented on this, but it's not the first time it's happened to me at this place. In the happy meal you have... the option of changing the pieces of apples for other small potatoes; Well, several times they don't add them, and today theydidn't either and when I ask they tell me that they already put more than usual on it. crippling of potatoes that they aregiving me, it is really a shame not only did they not give me the extra potatoes, they did not add them to the current bag andwhen I complained they told me that they could not do anything. THIS PLACE IS FILTHY. Trash from previous people sat on multiple tables for over an hour (i came to study and eat so was here... quite a while) gave me a stale pie sold after time printed on ticket, fries way too salty, waited over 45 minutes for 3 cookies.didn?t call my order number until my frappe was literally melted. wasn?t even very busy at this time. smh Read more

Went through the drive thru and had to wait for 10 minutes for the but it was worth the wait. The food was very hot and fresh.
