Just came back from this KFC on 3185 S. John Young Parkway in Kissimmee. When I opened my LARGE mac & cheese found that it had... been scooped from the bottom of the pan and scaped from the walls! Disgusting! IT WAS NOT FRESH AT ALL! It was brownish, dry andno visible cheese in the mix. It was so bad that I just went to the trash and dumped it! It was the worst I have seen so far,unreal for a name brand like KFC!!! Managers are supposed to be checking on these screwups before they are handed out to thecustomers. Very unsatisfied with this type of work ethics, and I'm sure employees know it, they just don't want to work theright way...SAD!! :( Read more
Taco Bell is usually one of my favorites. But this store bites dust . We made our order of 2 Fiesty Veggie burritos and other... items. We get to window and are told sorry we have no tomatoes lettuce or quacamole.!! Really.. that's half the ingredients inthe Fiesta burrito . We asked for sauce . We didn't get it in our bag or the 5 layer beefy burrito. We drove back through to getthe beefy burrito and sauce . We sat in parking lot were going to eat but once we Picked up our burritos they fell apart droppedthe insides out only to find the beefy was made with chicken? Pieces . Needless to say we dumped the whole mess into trash . Howabout posting before people order that half the ingredients aren't available..We won't be back .. Read more
I was on vacation from upstate NY, my last day here. Ordered the 8 piece bucket/8piece chicken tender (Digital exclusive) which... was to be dipping sauces included, with mashed potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, fries, and 4 biscuits. I picked up the order, got backto my cousins place, and noted there were no chicken tenders at all and no dipping sauces. The staff was friendly when i pickedup my order. I did call the KFC in Haines City, Florida to let them know I didn?t receive my tenders or dipping sauces. Theperson on the phone was friendly, but told me he could not refund my credit card for me not getting the tenders and dippingsauces. He did tell me he could give me an 8 piece tender and sauces if I come back to the store, but, I let him know I wasleaving tomorrow morning to go back home to NYS, and couldn?t come back to the place. He was nice and apologetic, but I was verydisappointed, as I looked up the price of the 8 piece tenders alone, and they are $15.99 (that?s without dipping sauces). Myorder came to over $32.00. I definitely will check my order if I ever pick up an online order again, as I?m partially blamingmyself for not checking it when I picked it up. If anyone goes to the Haines City, Florida on Rt 27, make sure you check thatyou receive everything you ordered. Thanks for letting me place my review. Went thru the drive thru got the 14 piece 3 sides 6 biscuits clearly ask to please no chicken breast he asked me what would I... like to replace it with i said leg and thigh. Tells me to park waited in a space indicated by employee no problem. Get home 4wings 8 chicken breast REALLY kids like leg and thigh !!! Saggy old chicken on the busyest time of the day sadly but its like the 3rd time that has happened back to back i kept hoping... for an improvement deffenetly stay away from this place. Read more
Restaurant closes at 01:00 at 22:30 no side orders available, only the chicken, waste of time driving until there.
For a corporate store it was disappointing. Chicken sandwiches were cold and one was very small. Cashier was very nice but rest... of staff was spread to thin to help anyone. Took minutes to get 2 sauce packets, wish they were on the counter. Read more
