The food was good... not great but not bad. We ordered burgers and fries and they were decent. Our waitress wasn't very... attentive, so also couldn't find any ketchup bottles in the restaurant that weren't empty so she gave us ketchup packages. Read more
Understaffed to a fault. Half of the place is empty but there is no one to serve you. Lots of customers coming and going though... bus Expect hourlong waiting time. This shouldnt happen in Orlando with a all year round customer base but here weare. PLUS Missing items from the menu to add insult to injury (no smoked wings) and you have the perfect place to totallyspoil an evening. Read more

The servers are nice but the Manager is a jerk. The food quality is sub-par compared to other locations. We?ve been to this... location a few times and had a few food issues. The same Manager was there and made the visits unpleasant when we complained ofissues with the food. He clearly does not understand customer service and makes stupid remarks. We will not be back to thislocation because of this horrible manager - heavyset guy with glasses. From other reviews on here, I see I?m not the only onewith issues with Management at this location. Since we lost our Hooters restaurant in Wisconsin, we had to stop while on vacation. Everything was great. It was fun to see my... nine year old learn the reason why they call it, Hooters! Read more
Bartender was great on one visit before the night shift change came in and that one was slow and unfriendly, spent more time... with the kitchen guys talking that taking care of all of us at the bar.... Another visit at and had great service but then themanager wouldn't give us a shot after 1.5 beers until that second small beer was finished completely... Great dining, great food, great service friendly staff. They were alittle short on staff but our server took care of us.
Family suggested this location for dinner, was hesitant because of a past negative experience of wait times + a waitress... admitting this hooters location is undesirable. Unfortunately my fears were confirmed when ordering we ordered drinks, waitresswas unfamiliar with the mixed drink choice, we explained, she left the table visibly offended. Manager came out, asked what thesituation was, we promptly were spoken over when starting to explain and asked to leave because she did not like our tone and"insulted" a waitress. I now understand why this store is very empty in comparison to others nearby. The only hooters location Ihave ever had problems. Yet another 7 customers who spent their money elsewhere and will *never* return. Read more
