This place does not check people receipt when they call the order number. My order was picked by someone else, i was sitting... their for 30 minutes waiting. The lady was snobby and has attitude, not willing to accept her mistake. Though she gave me myorder. I have been in many many Five Guys and their staff check people order number before giving away the food. This placedoes not do this. Whoever is the owner of this place, please note this to avoid customer awkward situations like this. Read more

Stopped here for lunch on the way back to Jacksonville. The staff was very friendly & polite upon entering the establishment. We... ordered two bacon cheeseburgers, a large cajun fry, & two drinks. The burgers were delicious & cooked perfectly. The Cajun frieswe ordered however were OVERLY seasoned. We tried to eat them but they had sooo much seasoning on them that all it tasted likewas salt. After about 10-15 fries it felt like my taste buds in my tongue were numb. Would definitely visit again but willcertainly either ask for lite seasoning or none at all. Read more
I visit this Five Guys occasionally and it is always great, the food is very tasty, service is awesome and the place is always... very clean! which is what I want to comment about. Tonight (7/7/22) I went for dinner at around 10 pm, the place was very busy,only 2 tables available when I walked in, one free the other getting cleaned. I sat down to eat and noticed the person that waskeeping the dining room as clean as it was. Tables did not make it a minute empty before she was cleaning them and sweeping thefloors etc. She did an outstanding job and I hope management notices. I talked to her on my way out to commend her. Her name isRose and it is a pleasure to see people doing a great job and with pride. Workers like her are in great part why people returnto establishments. Read more
I ate here and the food was not good it had no flavor I ordered a double hamburger and the meat didn?t taste like anything i... also ordered fries the fries were burnt they looked disgusting it had a lot of salt on them like I wasn?t able to eat them I atehalf the sandwich and had to throw it away. I don?t like writing bad reviews on places but this one definitely earned it and Ihope they improve the way their employees are making the food? Read more
The burgers at five guys are good. We?ve tried the one in Dallas where we are from so we knew this place would be pretty solid.... The burger is made the way you want and they give you a ton of fries. Read more
We sure love Five Guys. Great burgers made they way you like them with the toppings you choose. This location wasn?t as good as... the other Five Guys we have been to. The employees were not very interactive and didn?t seem to smile a lot. The order took anaverage, and acceptable, amount of time to come out. The temperature of the food was appropriate. The fires were not as crisp asexpected and most were soggy limp. They needed to be cooked longer or at a higher temperature. The burgers were good, butprobably the most dry we have ever had from Five Guys. I?m guessing they were just cooked a little too long. The mostdisappointing part of the visit was how dirty the store was. The were peanut shells and papers everywhere. The drink machineswere dirty. The table were all greasy and had crumbs everywhere. To be fair, it was late in the evening not long before theyclosed. I get that it was most likely a busy day and at the end of it, but cleanliness is mandatory in a food establishment. Read more
I was eating my burger and bit into something that wasn?t food. Went up to counter and showed them. I was told it was a rolled... up piece of tape they use to attach receipts to the bags. He said probably fell in the food as they were making it. He offeredto make another one but I was not going to eat anything more from there. Read more
