I'd just like to say that in a town where very little was open because of the hurricane, the employees in this branch were... working their butts off trying to stay caught up to the onslaught of customers! We had to wait a little time, but everythingwas correct and fresh!! I hope corporate appreciates how hard these employees were working!! Read more

This is in a very busy location so I assumed it would be crowded. I didn?t expect to be 43rd in line. They have two registers... but only one was being utilized. The woman at the register appeared to be completely overwhelmed. She absolutely was. I don?tblame her, I blame the person who scheduled and managed the shift. I waited 25 minutes in line to place my order and a further20 to get my coffee. I waited another 10 minutes for my sandwich. It had been ready for who knows how long. They never called mynumber. I found it sitting on a shelf next to the pick up area. They people handing out the food we?re rude and incompetent. Iunderstand there?s a labor shortage. PAY PEOPLE MORE MONEY! Raise your prices by 10% and give people a reason to work at Dunkin. Read more

Typical Dunkin Donuts but as of March 2022, they are still not allowing customers to sit inside. There are few tables but that?s... it. All the other furniture is over in a corner. Plenty of very friendly staff working and usually no line, except during hemorning rush. There?s often homeless people sleeping outside but they don?t bother anyone. Read more

I always have a problem with the service here, today I went in to get my and my husband's coffee and when I got them they were... cold, I told the lady behind the counter that my hot coffee I ordered where cold and she turned to me with a nasty attitude andsaid no they are not so I took the cover of one and stuck my finger in it and to her yes it is and she said so what do you wantme to do and I said I want hot coffee that I order . So she then said you will have to wait untill we make a new pot. So Iwaited untill the new pot was made. Read more
