Long line at the drive through. Since I was in a hurry to get to work I went inside. I did not like the kiosk for me to order... but the young lady was nice enough to take my order and get it out as soon as possible. They were doing an awesome job for only2 employees at morning rush! Read more
Dysfunctional. The espresso machine was down, but they seemed to want the customer to figure it out on their own when the drink... never arrived and leave without getting what they paid for. The kiosk takes longer than just ordering. Read more
Approach with plenty of patience. They are going to get your order wrong if they happen to have it in stock. It's like a drug... transaction when visiting this place. You got test the product before leaving to make sure it's what you want. Save time and goto the one up the road on Vine street. They not the best but you will for sure have a better chance of getting what you need. Read more
This is my favorite spot. The staff is super sweet and helpful. I always have great service. Sometimes you can wait a bit but... its understandable with the short staffing in most places. But yes this is my favorite location. Thank you so much for yourhardwork. Read more

I decided to stop in today for a coffee before heading on the road and running some errands. I usually do not frequent this... location even though it's steps away from my house because I've had more bad experiences than good. I ordered my usual mediumhot cappuccino with hazelnut shot and not only was my coffee almost $5 but but the cup was mostly foam. When I pointed it to thegirl and said that there was no coffee in here she said that's what a cappuccino is supposed to be like because of the foam. Ipointed to the middle of the cup and said so the coffee comes up to here ans she said yes. She then asked if I wanted morecoffee or another expresso shot or to make it into a latte which is the same thing and honestly all I believe she did was add anexpress shot. There was more foam than coffee in this cappuccino. This is ridiculous! I spent almost $8 for a cappuccino and 2donuts and it was definitely not worth it. I came for a breakfast in the restaurant. I got the jelly-filled doughnut, the cream-filled doughnut and the chocolate glazed... doughnut along with a hot coffee. My problem is that all the doughnuts felt dry. ???? Most likely a quick microwaving beforehanding them would have been a great idea but it didn't happen and I got a disappointing breakfast. The worst customer service ever! I?ve gone to this location 3x and never had a positive experience. The staff is not friendly at... all and I?m surprised on how this location is still open. Even though they are right around the corner from me, I would drive afew minutes away to the one on Vine St and I never regret it! Read more
