The guy that was taking my order had a smart mouth. He was very disrespectful on his comment, when I asked him if he had a... avocado toast he said he didn?t have any avocados when I asked him about a croissant stuffer he said he didn?t have that neitherso I asked him what do you have and his first common was with an attitude ?besides having a good personality I have everything?.I didn?t appreciate his comment especially if I wasn?t feeling that great. It takes a lot for me to write a google review but this location is enough for me to take the time to do it. A few weeks ago I... made a mobile order, when I arrived they came over the drive thru speaker to tell me I?ll need to wait because they were doing ashift change, that?s fine no problem. Several minutes go by and the guy came on to say ?can you just come inside?..which wasweird but I wasn?t in a hurry so I went in. Then I got the pleasure of waiting in that line too. Once to the front I said that Iwas asked to come in and they had the worst time trying to find my order. If I had not already paid for my drinkin the app Iwould have left so fast because it was wildly unorganized. Fast forward to today, i NEVER go to this Dunkin but because I havemy birthday reward to use, I went ahead and mobile ordered and headed there. I get to the speaker and they said ?pull up?, I getto the window and they said that the espresso machine was down and they had no way to make a latte nor did they have any of theingredients that I ordered in the drink. I ended up going in and saying that I?d like to just get my reward back that honestly Ididn?t want anything. of course they were like, you?ll have to call someone we can?t do anything about it. I ended up callingsupport and they were nice enough to reload a new drink in my app. Look, this place is right next to a large community andunfortunately for them a brand new Starbucks is coming in less than a half mile down the road. I will fully be giving mybusiness to Starbucks as soon as it opens. I?ve literally never had a good experience here, like ever. Today was it for me andthe only reason I went was because I had a freebie. Not to mention when I walked in today the staff was cussing loud enough foranyone in the room to hear. Unfortunately I?ll never be back to this location and once Starbucks opens I truly don?t think theywill survive. Read more

We arrived at 03:19 PM and there were literally no donuts left. When we asked if that would change or if more were on the way /... in the oven, we were just told "no". The ladies at the counter were also not really helpful or even at the least polite - westill took three iced drinks but I guess we won't return here ever again. Worst experience I had in a Dunkin Donuts ever... Andthat means something. Read more

The absolute worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. It's 8:12am and the doors are locked. They have no regard for the customers... and no care or urgency for the people who need to get on with their day. I placed a walk in order over 15 minutes prior toarriving for two coffee?s only to arrive to a locked door and being told to join the extremely long drive thru line. I parkedand walked over to the Drive thru window, where I could obviously see a bunch if younger people laughing and joking around withno care in the world. Every car that drove up to the window needed to repeat their orders and still sit waiting for at leastanother 5-7 minutes. This place is obviously mis-managed and needs to have the corporate headquarters of Dunkin comeinvestigate. This franchise owner should be fined for mismanagement and this place should be taken away or sold to someone withbetter skills. Read more

Got there at 9:45, had to wait for almost twenty minutes just to place a order, one coffee and a bagel plain. Almost ten minutes... just to get coffee and after another ten minutes I just gave up on the bagel. I told the cashier don?t worry about the bagel andall she said was have a nice day. 4 employees and no teamwork. Placed an order for drive-thru pickup through the dunkins app at 5:09am. Arrived at store at 5:15am. I sat in the drive-thru for... about 10 minutes and no one answered or came to the mic. I parked, knocked on the door a few times since doors are locked andcalled the phone number and got no answer. It is now almost 5:30am and still no one is here. Update: Around 5:50am, anassociate named Kevin showed up to start work at 6am. He said he spoke to his boss and the person scheduled to open did notshow. Since nothing is turned on, they wouldn't be ready to start taking orders until 7am. Read more

Service/food is hit or miss at this location. Today my sourdough sandwich wasn't toasted.( 2nd time) The whole sandwich was... actually cold on the first bite. I also got a cup of water which tasted like mildew. ???????????? Someone needs to get themachines cleaned and serviced. I'm going to stop frequenting this location.
