Buckle up for the story of what was literally the worst dining experience I have ever had. We joined this Denny's 11/05/2022 as... a party of 11 for a birthday lunch and we couldn't have picked a worse location if we tried, to our surprise the dining room wasrather empty so we got seated at decent pace but we would soon find out why. We started with drinks while waiting for our lastguest to arrive, once our full party was seated, we placed our our orders and waited about 45 minutes for the food to come out.Our server brought the children's food first and then started to literally bring our orders out plate by plate, one person wouldreceive their side dish, another would receive their main dish, and there was another 30 minutes before the next PLATE came out.Somehow we ended up getting a plate of pancakes that nobody ordered, one of the few positive takeaways we got. Well done steakscame out still moo'ing, sides were incorrect and plates were handed to the wrong person. Most of the food was sent back beforehalf the table had seen food at all. Our server brought the steaks back, let out half of a sentence, her exact words being "letme get a-" before storming back to the kitchen herself where we could see her cooking food and putting orders together herself.Remember those drinks I mentioned while waiting for our last party member? Well due to our server running the back of the house,these drinks would never be refilled. We eventually ended up going behind the service station and refilling them ourselves,which other servers watched and did not say a word about. Eventually the whole table had their food, although one steak wasstill half cooked, we were prepared to accept it. Everyone was eating, everyone but myself that is. Very sad. This is the second time me and my other half come to eat and they had something going on. First time it was wait was... an hour because kitchen is backed up , second was there are no longer seating because they are waiting for a cook to show up towork? such a pity. Read more

My husband raved about his Build Your Own Burger, that the patty was old fashioned hand formed and really delicious. He got his... burger with bacon, cheddar and a tiny bit of mayo and it came out better than he thought it would. It got him to talking aboutthe best burger he had at Dennys when he was a kid. I loved the freshness and flavor of my Fit Slam egg white omelette, thefruit cup and the turkey bacon. I don?t normally like turkey bacon but this tasted like really good ham. Belinda was anexcellent and sweet server. We came before noon and almost everything was fresh but at the end my husband noticed the Frenchfries had left brown oil on the plate. I grew up with this specific diner. I'm a local and this used to be my favorite eat out spot with friends and family. ... Recently, in the past 5 years it has produced very unsatisfactory food. So much so, that even my husband refuses to eat foodfrom that location. I ordered a breakfast egg skillet. The appearance was unappetizing. I smelt the burnt food before I sawit. The eggs were flavorless and had a nasty after taste. It DID NOT taste like real eggs. The sausage was so salty andgreasy that once I put it in my mouth, I was surprised that my instinct was to spit it out. I felt embarrassed because I wasraised that it's rude to spit out food in public, but it was instinctual. It was so greasy and salty, and unfavorable that icouldn't eat it. My husband refuses to waste money and he tried to eat it. He reported a day later he had to force himself toeat it. We have tried many times to give this location a benefit of a doubt because of its sentiment to me, but I can't rescuethis location. It's horrible and the food is distasteful. It's not worth my money, my blood pressure, and the headache offorcing myself to eat this food. My family and I do NOT recommend this location to anyone! I don't know why their food is sohorrible but why pay for food that you can't eat? Regarding other dishes, my children did not like the pancakes. My husbandisn't a fan of their omelets. Food as always is basic but satisfying ,service was bit slow but is understandable , they seem to be understaff. Staff was... friendly. Place needs a refresher ,new seats , seemed in need of a deep clean. Read more
