Was greeted with a "welcome to Cicis!" Invite. Location looked clean. Food was well stocked. They have pasta, just need to af... meatballs to the list. A wide variety of pizza to choose from. A great salad bar, but a second suggestion, add some bacon orham to it it be better! And lots of dessert to eat. Someone comes around to pick your dirty dishes out the way AMAZING! This location was nice & the customer service was great. Our kids really enjoyed the pizza. The only negative was the fountain... drink machine was apparently low on syrup & my drink tasted like seltzer water ( probably due to the lunch rush) I informedpersonnel but they didn't fix it before my family was ready to leave. Truth be told, you can't beat a good Cicis! As a tourist with a dine4less card we were able to feed 4 of us for less than $33.... There is a wide range of choice from soups to different pizza types. There's lots of salad available too so something foreveryone. The pasta choice is very limited. Free soda refills for those who enjoy that. Staff are friendly and the restaurantis spotless. If you bring children, prepare to be nagged to let them play in the arcade area. Currently $10 for twenty creditswhich gets you access to four games. Read more
5035 W. Bronson W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway I have taken my family and friends to this... location EVERY TIME I visit the Orlando area. Have been very pleased in the past. Unfortunately, on Friday night July 1 at about7pm it was HORRIBLE. Pasta and soup bowls were empty! Salad bar was limited at best. No cucumbers, onions, mushrooms, grapetomatoes, pineapples or even radishes. Manager and employees were fooling around with no attention to customer service.The pizzabar lacked the variety that was there in the past. Finally, the desert bar was empty of cinnamon rolls. Walked in a I was greeted right away. I ordered my meal and I started putting pizza's onto my plate. I then was asked if there... was a specific pizza I would like them to make for the buffet. Super nice and friendly staff. This location has an arcade in it.So, bring you children and spending money. Pizza and games.....any kids dream come true. Read more
