Very unhappy, guy did not pay attention got the order wrong, messing around with the vehicle in front talking and taking... pictures instead of fulfilling orders and moving the line along. My go to when visiting this Chick-fil-A is always a chicken sandwich with extra pickles. The food is great, the customer service... is great. No complaints. In the one instance where there was a problem with my order I gave the restaurant a call and they werevery quick to fix the mistake. Overall a great restaurant. Read more
I got on the right side line waited almost 9 minutes before the line started moving again it took a few more minutes to get to... the girl up front that take the payment l ask her why is the left side moving so fast but this line is so slow l only have 30minutes for lunch and l don?t want to waste them on this line her only reply was well we got excellent ratings l answered herwhat does a rating have to do with what l ask you ?!?!?! I am officially a Chick-fil-A customer, moved to Florida from NYC a few months ago with the thought of trying this restaurant... out, wondering whats the humbug about, the food was very good and that milk shake was outstanding, and one of the meaningfulthings... service- is very impressive.
