Worst checkers I have ever been to you simply order a $7 meal Checker burger and spicy and say cheeseburger then Tamika who is... the Manager gets nasty with a attitude saying (IT DONT COME WITH CHEESE)nasty as can be so I said add it and then call me aCRACKER and say go eat somewhere els no imma eat here and she says CRACKER your going to eat somewhere else and told the guy toshut the window in my face then the lil boy tell me to wait out side like he going to do something.this store is every racistToward white people???? I had a mobile order. I pulled up in the drive thru today around 5:15pm & told them, the woman (manager) came on the speaker &... rudely said I have to pull in the other drive thru side for a pick up order, I told her I dont have a passenger so I cant pickit up on that side so she said well youll have to park & walk up! I was in my pajamas so I didnt want to but I did. The youngman at the window was very nice but I checked my bag & told him my order was missing the fries & sauces I paid for so heapologized & gave me my missing items. I said as I was standing there that its ok & not his fault & that its his manager who wasrude to me for no reason. As i was pulling away in my car, she opened the window at front of restaurant & started yelling so Iyelled back & got into a shouting match with her. Im just amazed that a manager can treat customers like that! I really hopewhat comes of this is proper training on how to be kinder to customers. I will never return to this particular checkers :( ilost my appetite as well & my food sat there & was cold when i got there, i was thinking itd be made fresh when i arrived. Wholeexperience was just appalling :(. Literally all she had to do was be nice & professional as a manager should & give me my orderat the drive thru. Read more
They have one drive thru side blocked by two cones and the other lane is open. I have no one in my passenger side so I parked to... walk up to the window and order. The two employees stood inside staring at me and not coming to the window for over 2 minutes.Then I pulled my phone out to take a picture of them ignoring me and one of them finally came over. She said ?do you have a pickup order? and then when I answered no , proceeded to tell me they weren?t taking orders right now. A greeting and explanationwould have been better than ignoring someone standing outside and immediately assuming I should know they?re not taking orders.She also told me they wouldn?t be taking orders for another 20 minutes and they are currently taking orders as I?m writing this.I?m pregnant and extremely annoyed I had to walk to this window twice for apparently no reason. Went today, I wasn't impressed. My order was wrong as usual, I was in a hurry and the customer service was not up to speed.... Burgers in Checkers used to have a broil taste to them. Don't know what that's about. Fish tasted like cardboard and the buns onboth sandwiches tasted like melee bread. So I'm done with Checker's. I can go to Culver's and receive a much better service downthe street for the same price and a wider variety. If you can't at least smile at a person and understand that you're at work,then you shouldn't be in the hospitality industry. This was coming from my wife who has been in the hospitality industry forover 25 years and takes pride in how she takes food orders, the food is presented and puts a smile on people's faces. Great service from the moment I pulled into the intercom area. Gentlemen greeted me with in a professional manner. The young... lady who took my order was very patient and also repeated my order to make sure it was what I had. Lastly, it is 11pm on aSunday.
