They had, nothing. Selling meals without half of the ingredients or items. Sodas if any available at the time were flat. MOD of... the day Jonathan was rude with every customer that came to him with a complaint. If you don't have all the ingredients for aburger, DON'T sell it. That's false advertisement. Managers should treat their customers better. I'm not saying customers arealways right, cause we are not sometimes. But a Manager should always maintain composure and respect for his customers. This is a place that does not meet the standards of the Burger King company, I am totally disappointed in how they take care of... the customer, and the way they handle food that is totally unhealthy for anyone who wants to eat or taste a hamburger. Myexperience was not very good, I had not eaten at Burger King for a long time and I wanted to stop at this restaurant to eat aWhopper, my surprise was at the first bite I saw something black, and when I looked I was surprised, it bothered me, itdisgusted me what I saw? I just spent literally 30 minutes in the drive-through, behind just one car. When I finally got to the window, a young woman... there with dark hair (I think it was a woman with a deep voice) , doesn?t apologize for the wait, doesn?t greet me, just handsme my drink (with a sour face) , closes the window, then comes back and hands me the sandwich. No have a good day, no nothing. Ieven said to her ? have a good day? . I was appalled. I know working at Burger King is not the ideal job, but I am tired of howpeople think they can treat customers however they like and get away with it. This woman was so rude! I went there to get a impossible Whopper .Only to find out that that didn't have any impossible Whopper,or Whopper's. The... Whopper is what made Burger King. I will not go back there again. Burger King use to be my favorite place. After 61 year's Iwill have to find a new place. Plus the people working there ignored us for attest 15 minutes . We were the only costmers at thecounter. On 7/28/22 took over an hour to get food in the drive thru. Today went inside to order, restaurant is Flithy dirty. Employee... counting money on counter where you are to order food - said "I was to close to his money". I said why are you counting moneywhere i am to place my order. Very Rude. They don't have the staffing or supplies to even be in business. The drive through took 30 minutes before I even got to order... and then I found out they were out of what I wanted. How does a place where half the sandwiches on the menu have bacon, run outof bacon at 6:00 p.m.? Wendy's and McDonalds are both across the street. Go there instead. Read more
This is a franchise, has a few different rules than corporate stores. Some employees don't know what comes on the burgers, ... I ask for 2 rodeo burgers, 1 w/o onions for my dog, and was told it didn't come with onions, and I still got received 2with onions. I chalk that up to training, overall one of the better stores. Best service if you eat in, rather than drivethru. Read more
Horrible I also did not receive my drink after speaking on the phone with a lady from here to tell her what I wanted because... they were out of Dr. Pepper Below is exactly how my burger was wrapped also my nuggets were horrible and cold This place willsoon be shut down.
