Waited 10 minutes at the drive through to order. They said hold we'll be right with you then never came back. We were the only... car there at 4:30 pm. This burger king should probably be closed permanently. They are in much need of repairs, and a betterstaff. I ended up just driving away. Read more

This place shouldn't be opened if they're NOT going to do business PROPERLY. The lobby hours say open till midnight but I... couldn't buy a single thing and it's only 10:13pm. I asked an employee for service and she was sitting outside and looked at melike she didn't understand ENGLISH at all. Her coworker said they'd open back up in a half hour, that was at 9:00pm. I have gone to this BK half a dozen time and each time it's a new issue. Once the card reader was broken, which they didn't opt... to tell me until I had already ordered, waited in line, and got to the pickup window. Another time I couldn't even order becauseeach item I asked for was out of stock. Today's visit was a 25 minute drive through line where I watched the car in front of mehand burgers back through the window because the order was wrong. When I got to the window it was another 5 minute wait becausemy food wasn't ready even after the long wait. Which in itself is a mystery because the food i got was overcooked. The chickenfries were effectively dried out jerky and the onion rings were a mix of over-fried and seemingly not cooked at all. Avoid atall costs. Read more
Grilled Burger, Chewy Bacon, Cheese, Ketchup, Mayo On 2 Slices of Sourdough Bread. Delicious! Sound good to you too? You would... never guess its at Burger King, called the Sourdough King, and priced at 2 for $5. This is a hit, and coming from a person whodoes not usually go to Burger King, this is quite a compliment. This is just a great sandwich. This is the worst BK in existence. I have been in contact with corporate on this location for so long, but management isn?t... concerned as they continue to manage this location into the ground. They make their own hours despite the posted hours ofoperation. It?s 10:09 and they have the drive-thru closed and their phone doesn?t work. When is someone going to take control ofthis garbage place and get an entirely new staff that isn?t brand damaging like the current staff? Or is this location justgoing to close for good soon? Last year I gave 1 star because filthy it was. I decided to try one more time because I was coming out of Walmart around 2pm. I... saw it clean and employees was polite and I saw manager helping and very attentive to customers, beside all clean and thefountain sodas area was clean and window clean .
