This place shouldn't be opened if they're NOT going to do business PROPERLY. The lobby hours say open till midnight but I... couldn't buy a single thing and it's only 10:13pm. I asked an employee for service and she was sitting outside and looked at melike she didn't understand ENGLISH at all. Her coworker said they'd open back up in a half hour, that was at 9:00pm.
