First time in Black Angus and I have to say the food was really good. Whilst the plates are not garnished with salad and other... oddities, it was actually a blessing as we didn’t even have room for dessert. The house steak was 8oz, really tender andperfectly cooked. The pizza was deep pan and definitely a tummy filler. The Pork Chops were also tender and grilled toperfection. There is an early bird menu available before 5pm which could same you a few pennies, as some of the bigger steakmeals range from $25 - $40. Visited early evening mid week. Not too busy. Waiter was helpful and nice. Bread rolls brought to the table. Ordered Caeser... salad which had a lot of sauce on it. A rare stake was delicious. No English mustered but a great meal out. Read more

A friend of ours highly recommended Black Angus Steakhouse when I told her we were visiting Florida. She recommended the steak... but we are not steak eaters. What we did get was very satisfying. The bread rolls with honey and butter were awesome. Never hadit served like that before. My husband ordered the fried fish and shrimp which was pretty tasty. I ordered the half rack ofribs. You can tell the ribs were not grilled, but the fact that they were very tender did it for me. The salad before the mealwas very fresh. I do not know if they make their own blue cheese salad dressing, but it is SO GOOD. My husband had a tap beerthat had him very happy with the taste. Oh and the pecan pie was great. The waitress was extremely nice, friendly, attentive andall of the above. I recommend paying them a visit. I only gave a four stars rating because I agree with another rater about thesmell. Not sure if it is from unclean mop or cleaning cloths, but you do smell it, but it does go away as was stated. Theprices were decent. Let me start by saying this place is pricey!! Service wasn’t bad but the food was not as good as I expected it or wanted it to... be. The stuffed mushrooms weren’t that good. The lobster tails so pricey for tiny portions. I ordered the porterhouse steakfor a medium rare term. The steak was only cooked to the right term near the bone, the rest was over cooked and had no flavor atall. They had a steak special which we order, over cooked and no flavor at all either.
