Actually we got Dunkin Donuts and not Ice cream. Terribly disappointed. I ordered Hot Chocolate, it was basically... unsweetened watered down chocolate. They had very little options for Donuts. I will say the staff was very friendly and didgive us a coffee to replace the Cocoa. Read more

It was fine a few days ago. A normal DD experience. Today, however, they served me a sour milk iced matcha latte which took a... few sips to realize was spoiled. Now, as you might imagine, I'm not feeling too good on this last day of vacation. So...thanksfor that! Read more
This BR/Dunkin combo is horrible. I ordered a milkshake, it may as well have been flavored milk it was so thin. The pralines and... cream had hardly any pralines and caramel. They charge .99 for ONE CHERRY, what a joke. I do not have a BR where I live, so Iwas really hoping for a great experience. Then they only had about 12 flavors, what happen to 31?? Read more
Worst Baskin experience ever. They didn't have any chocolate dipped waffle cones or bowls, no chocolate ice cream, no white... chocolate ice cream, no creature creations, no cookie dough pieces. They were out of almost out of everything. I ended up goingwithout while my family got lesser versions of what they wanted because they didn't have any of the ten things I tried to order.Very unhappy. They were very unorganized and apparently think that only one person can dip ice cream cones so they weren't goingto make any dipped cones until tomorrow. Read more
I was really nervous about ordering a cake online from this location based on the review. However, it worked out perfectly and... everything was exactly as ordered. This location does have limited ice cream listing for scoops ~20 flavors on display and noone welcomed me when I walked in. However, I am more concerned with fast and correct orders. My custom cake was ready within the24 hour pickup frame with cookie dough ice cream and tasted great. They did not have cookie dough on display, so they must outchange out flavors. Read more
Went for 2 scoops Sundays. Asked for no nuts got nuts. Asked for chocolate mint ice cream got vanilla fudge whi h after many... tries I gave up and said yes. The other was suppose Tobe vanilla ice cream and not sure what he got but did get his pineappletopping. Smh Read more
